I was deceived by this company into losing a substantial amount of money on a ring return. Their…read moreactions were predatory at best, but may amount to theft. In May, I spoke to the sales team and purchased a ring knowing that it could be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In June, still within the return window, I bought a new ring and initiated a return of the first ring. For two days the support team provided conflicting instructions on how I should handle the return and ultimately instructed me to bring the ring in to their office later that week for a return. A month went by and no money had been refunded. I went to their office and they informed me that although the ring had been returned in new condition, I had returned it outside their 30 day return window and hence they would be delivering me only a partial return. I had initiated the return inside the window, but due to their changing and conflicting instructions--and no mention of a partial refund--did as I was asked and physically returned the ring later that week which landed outside their 30 day window. I am now out a substantial amount of money and the response from customer support is that they can't help me.

She was nice and helped me with the different earrings/necklace I was wanting to see in the glass case. The store feels a bit cluttered but it's just chock full of a variety of items. The clothing items seem overpriced compared to other boutique stores I've been in with similar items, but that's probably because it's a tourist town.

The problem is that they installed a used screen from some other iPad that had been replaced due to a 5" scratch. When I asked them to replace the screen with one without blemishes they told me it was "functional" and that they would not make this right. Avoid these guys.

You could spend some serious time in here browsing. The cool thing is that there is a small sign in front of items with the name of the artisan/brand name and their city/state. So , if you're like me and on the fence about an item - make a point to jot down the info /take a snapshot - then go ahead and find them on social media.
