I walk into this establishment without an appt. thinking I had one. The front office young lady was very soft toned and kind and set me up to be next in line. I was greeted by Kalecia. She was incredibly calm and informative. She assured me she would take care of me and set me at ease. My experience went very well and I added an additional service to enhance my features.
