I have been here several times and make the 45 minute drive for the best wax place IMO. The booking online is quick and easy, there is usually space to get in when it's convenient. The estheticians are amazing. Joelle was wonderful especially. $65 for a full body wax is so worth it and they are super precise, go the extra mile, and are friendly and extremely clean. read more

Fantastic experience with Patricia! I have extremely low tolerance for pain and have had the worse experience with wax in the passed. I came in nervous and immediately upon meeting with Patricia, she was attentive to my concerns. She was very professional, and walked me through the process, her station was impeccably clean. I have to say, I have never experienced a near painless waxing until yesterday. I'll be a monthly client for this location and I'd definitely follow Patricia to wherever she goes. This time I decided to get a vajacial and it was going to be my first time getting this type of service but when i called to do the app the receptionist didnt even ask if it was my first time having this service or if i was allergic to this ingredient in one of the products. Horrible customer service. I will not be back. I have been a customer of wax by Andria for about 10 + years now & going to Newnan location for almost 2 yrs now. But my normal girl has been out due to a baby. This person who I was supposed to see today had bad customer service. Patricia was supposed to wax me today. I had an appointment at 10:30am. I got there at 10:34am-10:34am, now I was shocked because they normally call when you are late and I got no call. Nonetheless, I walked in at 10:34am, signed in and sat down. The lady said my name and she said I can't do her. Me shocked on what was happening and Patricia said I will speak with you in the back. I get to the room & ready to proceed for my wax and she states, you are late. I say yes but there is a grace period and I'm nowhere near it. She says well I can't do a full body just your underarm because I have another client. She proceeds to try to tell me something about this client and I stop listening because all I heard was , you are refusing me service and I am only 4 minutes left. I proceed to the front and advised you can cancel it. I will never be back. That's not how you treat customers. I felt discriminated! Do better! And hire better employees- Amanda was always amazing. I'd seen posts on Facebook about this place. I've driven by it numerous times but I've always been too nervous to stop in. I finally plucked up enough courage to make an appointment and I'm glad I did. The ladies were extremely nice and professional. This was the first waxing experience I'd ever had and they made me feel comfortable in an otherwise pretty uncomfortable situation. I was out in less than an hour and everyone was really friendly. The prices are super competitive (full Brazilian for $35, not including tip) and the place is always extremely clean and comfortable. Today, was my first time ever getting wax. I took the brave route & did the full body wax. Yikes. It wasnt as bad as i thought. I had amber do my wax. She kept a conversation going to keep my mind off the process. Over all its an experience everyone should try. It was quick & slightly painful. On a scale 1 to 10. Ill give it a 7.5. The most painful area i would say is the anal area. The staff was cool. The place was clean. Just breathe in when she snatches the wax off. Good luck. read more

First experience with bikini waxing. I forgot the person who waxed for me but she definitely made me feel comfortable.. When I wasn't really comfortable showing someone my private area for the first time. BUT, I did feel and see the difference when it was done. I'd been to other locations, but not the one in Newnan before. My experience was fantastic! Taylor who was my waxer, was uber professional, without being TOO serious. You're already in an uncomfortable situation, being that your lady bits are naked for a stranger to see. She put me at ease, was super funny, and talked to me through my full body wax. $65 to have a brazilian, my armpits, lip and full legs done is an amazing price. I've been coming here for almost a year now, and every visit is a good experience. The staff is always fast and they do a great job. I don't make appointments, so I usually see whoever they have available. Generally, I come shortly after they open, and I wait maybe 5-10 minutes to be seen. This waxing place started off strong with estheticians like Lala and Taylor. Once they left the spa has fell apart. You can clearly tell Andreia has only visited this location once a year, if that. The waxers clearly do no care about their job for they never build rapport. There will be clients standing outside 10 to 5 minutes before their appointment-their appointment is at 10 am. Brazilian wax opens at 10. Instead of having the audacity of letting the clients sit in the waiting room, the front desk sits on their phone denying them clients to sit in the waiting room. It is unsanitary there, prior to two clients coming in there was an employee straightening her hair in the waiting area. The client before me told the front desk that she had an employee, the front desk was rude telling her it isnt in the system-completely unprofessional. There is no licenses or certifications of having the right to wax on the walls anywhere in the building. Andreia's wax has clearly become a chain without a true leader looking over every single one of her opened locations. This is the Newnan's location only up to date review because it is disappointing. read more

When I made the appointment on the phone, I joking told the lady I may scream and she said we can't do that. Mind you, this was my first time. Also you can't have one other person go in there with you. That made me more nervous because we had to get it done alone. My sister and I were both getting our first wax done that day. But every place is different so I understood. When I arrived I signed in and my waxer didn't introduce herself to me. She said, "come on back". Also mind you, when I entered the building my greetings from everyone was not enthusing at all. I attended hair school so I know client etiquette, customer service, and we all know professionalism. There was no previous consultation or anything. She told me to get undressed and soon as she came back in she started. Usually during a wax the waxer makes you pull your skin taunt, she did not do so. So therefore my wax was pretty painful. My sister had got gel put on her after her wax. My waxer did not apply gel on me. She seemed like she was annoyed before we even started. It would not make anyone feel comfortable. Only reason why I kept going was because I was super pumped to get the wax. I had wax still on me after the process which is VERY unprofessional! I paid and yes I still tipped to show them I know I am professional. I asked my sister if she knew her waxers name. She did not so I told them they need to work on their professionalism. And I left. I would not recommend this place if you're in the Newnan area. Thank you. read more
