I've been getting my lashes done for a while and she is the only lash specialist that took the time to explain everything to me. The atmosphere is very relaxing and her studio space is very clean! You can tell she is a perfectionist and cares about her clients. I have used someone in Atlanta and paid a lot more for services and didn't do as great of a job as Catherine! Having the highest rating, I reached out to Catherine and promptly received a call back to schedule a new set. Arriving to her private salon, I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of her space and appreciated the one-on-one quiet environment. From the moment she opened the door, Catherine was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt like an old friend. Catherine was detailed and efficient in consulting me with the different lash styles and what we both felt would be a best fit for the shape of my face and eyes. Catherine is a true artist - she then proceeded to spend the next few hours curating my set; finishing one eye and asking me to confirm I was happy with the style before moving onto the next. I felt consistently included in the process all while enjoying a friendly conversation. Upon completion Catherine went over the aftercare in full detail and was fully available to contact should I have any follow-up questions. The process for Catherine's lash services are VERY fair and reasonable - I came from California where all pricing is inflated and ridiculous so it was a nice reprieve to receive such a fair service price in this economy. I will continue to see Catherine for all my lash services and I could not recommend her enough!

I showed up and she was honestly a little rude, but hey- the lashes were getting done so I was happy about that. She also kept saying that I had "so many lashes" in a negative tone, which sounded like a complaint to me in a way? Anyways, after the appointment I scheduled a fill in appointment 2 weeks out on August 5. About a week prior to that fill-in, I messaged Crystal asking if she has another day available that week. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! But if you need any type of appointment or time alteration, even a week and a half out, don't come to Envy.

I only had an initial install and had to cancel my follow up due to traveling for work. But my initial install was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I feel asleep a few times. I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.

I got my nails done on a Sunday, and by Wednesday, my nail polish was already peeling. Then by Thursday, two nails had already split in half. I went back there to inform them of my nails, and it should not be like this after four days. They did the three nails over and charged me for the service. Why am I paying again when I already paid three days ago? It's now four more days, and I had to cut all my nails off because they were chipping or the nail polish was peeling. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here if you want good-quality nails.
