I brought my dog in to get my eyebrows done. There was no questions asked other than I'm sorry dogs are not allowed. My dog was in my bag at my side not making noise. But in the end they should have asked if she was a service dog and they can get fined for that. I've been to this location before but will bring my business elsewhere. read more

I called before coming and told the person that answered what I needed. After letting her know I was 10 minutes away I asked was there anyone available to which she said yes come on in. The space was empty of anything that would say it was a salon other than the chairs. It seemed like a sad little place on the inside. As if they had just moved in. Upon arriving there was one person waiting and another person in a chair receiving a service. After standing at the reception desk for a minute the only person that seemed to be working told me to sign in and have a seat. My time is valuable. I left and called Brazilian Body Wax. I honestly only come here because the location is convenient for me. However they are EXTREMELY slow and inefficient. I've been visiting them for threading for more than a year and I've always waited at bare minimum 20-30 mins- for a simple lip threading service. If they weren't in this location I would 100% stop wasting my time. They also always try and upsell customers by adding on a bunch of services that they shouldn't even do in my opinion- I witnessed them applying eye lash extensions with hair glue!!! I would never recommend them for anything outside of a quick lip wax. read more

This is my stop for quick waxing and threading services whenever I'm visiting family in Newnan. I have yet to wait longer than 15 minutes for service (without an appointment) and all the workers are attentive to what you want. I've even got my brother coming in here now to get his eyebrows done! This place also has amazing specials, so be sure to keep an eye out for their placards outside. This past summer I went in for $15 Brazilian sugaring service which is a crazy good deal! I was super satisfied when I left! The only downfall would be that their waxing rooms are a bit cramped so I do feel like my legs have some difficulty being placed when getting Brazilians or bikini waxes. read more

It's been 36 hours and my eyes are still burning and watering. They do lash extensions with your eyes open and use so much glue that it causes chemical burns. Wax or eyebrows, maybe. Lashes? Hard pass, unless eye pain is your thing. Heading to critical care if its not better tomorrow. read more

Today (May 7, 2021) I went in to get my eyebrows threaded again after going a few weeks ago. The first time was a younger worker and she was great. I told her it was my first time and she did very well with the cleaning up of my eyebrows. Unfortunately today was a different situation. I was being serviced by an older woman. I waited for a bit which is no issue and understandable, but when I got in the chair I sat for approximately 2 minutes and she was already done. It felt very rushed compared to the first time but I didn't doubt her since I had seen her before and I assumed she was very experienced. I didn't realize until I got home that literally my skin had been ripped off a bit, as well as all of the areas that remained untouched. I paid $13 for two minutes of a choppy job. I will make sure I request the original worker if I return in the future. I shouldn't have to pay for a service then go home and finish the job. Also for anyone wondering why it was $13 instead of $11 is because as a person who also works in the service industry I decided to tip 20%. read more

Have been 4 times now since I discovered their existence inside the target shopping center. I don't like waxing my eyebrows and was extactic to see the "eyebrow threading" sign when walking by. The ladies do more than just eyebrows and also do body waxing, however I have only gone for the eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting. Each time my eyebrows looked incedible. I am past due to go back. If you are sick of the nail shop eyebrow waxing that is leaving you with less and less eyebrow hairs then come to these ladies. I did full body basic wax with Nora today and she does an amazing job, doesn't make it awkward at all. She makes great conversation, so we don't sit in silence. Once we both warm up to each other, it was fun talking to her. This was my first time using her for waxing, but I'll definitely ask for her again since I always to the full body. I'm not the kind of person to write a review but here I am. It was not a pleasant experience. I came in and there was "no wait" or that's what he told me. So I had a seat. There were three girls working and very obviously doing their job. But the sat not one, not two, but four girls before me. I had a threading and a tinting done and she was really insulting about it nor did they look even and the tint didn't show up too well. I also had fake lashes put on. Being that I had an event coming up, I thought it would be nice. So she put them on very unevenly and when I confronted her and asked her to fix them she told me no. So I bit my tongue and accepted it for what it was. Knew that I could cover it with makeup and be fine. But not even 48 hours later the lashes came off. And so I drove back up here and confronted them about my serious dissatisfaction and they told me that getting my money back was not an option but I could have more of their crappy service. Being that I have worked in customer service for as long as I can remember. I will not be coming back to this place. If I could do less than 1 star I sure as hell would. read more

Let me start off by saying I rarely write reviews and never write negative reviews, but this is the second time this has happened to me here. I have tried threading about 4 or 5 times and while I love the look, it is extremely painful for me and I wear contacts so holding my eye down mixed with the pain causes my eyes to water profusely. So the past two times I've come here, I've asked for a brow and lip wax and BOTH times I have received a rude remark in turn. This past time I was even told no!! I told the lady if she didn't want to do it I would go somewhere else... so she did it. The results are always beautiful. These ladies do an awesome job but when you offer a service on your menu, I don't expect to be treated disrespectfully when I request that service. Especially when I'm paying more for waxing and I tip very well. The previous time, the lady tried to tell me I didn't want waxing that I wanted threading instead and that waxing makes your hair grow back faster etc. etc. I had to tell her four times I did not like threading that it hurt too bad and she proceeded to tell me that it didn't. Mind you.. I've tried it SEVERAL times with several different people. Then the cashier when I was checking out told me to do threading next time and that I needed a tint... extremely rude. If you do not wish to perform a service or if your employees don't like doing it then take it off your list of services! Also... while I appreciate you telling me that waxing makes your hair grow back faster.. I have been able to go a month without returning between the waxings and only 2 weeks with threading. Please treat your clients with mire respect and respect which service THEY choose to get. After all, we are the ones paying for the service. read more
