Guys, be very aware of this company! After looking at their videos and advertising, it's hard to say "NO". Recently, I moved my family out to the 'burbs, and hired these guys to paint our kitchen prior to moving in. The only way to get this done was to make special arrangements with sellers to get access to the home and have them vacate for a couple days. Additionally, my wife had to take off work for those days so that she was in the house while the painters were there. Well, the painters no showed AFTER they confirmed with us a couple days before. What a joke! Unfortunately, there was no time to hire new painters before the move in, and after multiple calls and emails, they still did not respond. So, we now are living out of boxes and unable to use our kitchen until another company can get in to do the work. Moving is stressful enough, even without JAs like this. This guys are EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! read more

This is not a serious company. Scheduled with them for a quote, Jose Lucas did not show up and does not answer any of the phone #s he advertises. I wish I had read some Yelp reviews of this "company" before I even called them. Apparently being a no-show for work is all this guy is known for. read more

Beware! In 2015, we hired B & A Painting DFW to paint the exterior of our building in Plano. In a little over a year we have peeling paint on our window frames and have tried contacting B & A, but they will not return calls or respond to emails! They offered a 3-year warranty, but apparently are not willing to honor their work. Going to try mailing them a letter and sending a copy to the BBB. read more

He came for estimate for commercial building in plano the day before yesterday. He said he was going to work on my quote by yesterday. However, I haven't been able to reach him since yesterday. So I cannot comment on the quality of work because I never got that far. Jose came to my house and spent time reviewing the job I needed done which was extensive and would have been 7k+. He said he would have the quote over to me that afternoon or "first thing the following morning". Well, the next few days came and went. I tried leaving a voicemail, texting and emailing. All went unanswered. If you simply don't want to accept the job fine but have the common decency and professionalism to return my calls. I could have been spending that wasted time reaching out to another painter. He knew the urgency of my need as I had just moved into a house that I relocated to and had an 11 month old to care for and couldn't properly do it until painters were done (because unpacking seemed silly until they were done) It baffles me that this company remains in business. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still have not heard from them. So word to the wise, look elsewhere for painters. If you can't trust a contractor to call you back with a quote how can you trust that they wont go missing once they get your money. They seemed to have gone missing as I still have not been able to reach this guy. Something tells me this is a guy with a truck who mascarades as a legit company. Run far! Ill be sure to let all of my Dallas friends and family know about this since I have several friends wanting to paint! read more

BEWARE, DO NOT HIRE COMPANY!! Year 2015, I was fooled into thinking bapainting was a reputable company by their youtube video and reviews on their website. For the price we paid for exterior painting ONLY to our double wood entry doors was almost 1k. Ridiculous? Yes, but I thought they were legitimate. Not even a year after initial job was completed, doors were fading and water from rain was leaking through. Several emails and phone calls asking them to come back and redo doors went unanswered. I asked my husband to email the company from his email address. Miraculously, bapainting quickly respondedd with a quote and appointment schedule. Sadly, they were a no-show, guess they figured from our home address they had already duped us once and there was no reason to return to the scene of the crime,right? And to think, I was kind enough to keep your workers hydrated while they worked in the blistering heat, which by the way, was NOT my responsibility. Thankfully, there is Yelp that give consumers the opportunity to post FACTUAL reviews on businesses. read more
