He gave me a quote right away via text, and came the next day to fix that along with other minor projects around the house. He fixed our toilet (he actually came back on Thursday again to look at it because there was a tiny issue), helped us patch up 2 toilet paper rolls, and tacked on an adhesive to a tiny hole that was causing our shower door to leak. Total with the front door lock fix was $300. Jose told me he also does remodeling. The photos he showed me of a project he did were amazing so I hope we can refresh our place too! EVERYONE, BE AWARE! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Jose is a deceptive person, he is the worst both as a business and a person I have ever encountered in my life. Last month they came to my house to fix my dripping tub faucet (slowly dripping so I let it be for about 2 months), they could not fix it but even made it way worse, became way stronger, and faster leaking. Jose who I talked to at first is the boss/owner (according to Mario, one of the 2 guys he sent) came to my house and told me they had to install a new set. I had no choice but to accept that with a new charge. After they were done, I checked and discovered that when I turned on the valve handle water was coming out at both ends (tub faucet and shower head, not just leaking at the shower head but like a regular stream when you need to use it). The guys video-called with Jose, and after a while, they handed me the phone to talk to him. Jose started tricking and lying to me, he said it is how they are supposed to be working. I said no, when we use the tub faucet, water must not come out at the shower head, this is how my previous set works and how it works in any houses' bathtub. He then blamed the manufacturer, said, that is how they are made by the manufacturer. I laughed and said no again. Then he threatened me saying that if I don't accept it, they will have to put back my previous set and charge more for that. I could not let them do that because they made it way worse, so I would not leave water on with my old tub faucet. Even these 2 guys, when I asked them is this how your bathtub faucet works, they could not say anything, just be silent and nodded. They knew this was wrong. I had to stop them and tell them to leave, otherwise I would call the police. I am ok with people making mistakes because no one is perfect, but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it. This guy, Jose, did not admit their faulty installation and never offer a solution to fix it. He was only texting and calling me to ask for more money. I don't want to be a bad person so I zelled him the cost of the parts. A few days later, I had to waste more time and money to fix their defective installation by another contractor. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I needed assistance disassembling a gazebo on my rooftop deck, so I called Jose on Friday at 11:00am and left a voicemail. He called back within 15 minutes and we spoke via phone. He asked for a photo of the gazebo, and I sent a stock photo a few moments later. He called me at 5:30 Friday evening and quoted me $200 for his services and told me he and another man could possibly do it Saturday...and, if not, he could "for sure be there first thing Monday morning". I donno how this place got good reviews but my phone interview with this guy was a pure scam when I tried to get a quote to fix my 3 small openings on the drywall which this place quoted me for $1100 when all other places are just around $250-$300 max. Jose and his crew re-caulked all our windows, inside and out and painted two door frames, one door and the garage door and frame. I was impressed with the prompt call back and quick scheduling. The work involved removing and reinstalling all our window blinds. A few weeks later, window cleaners discovered that two blinds didn't work properly. Also, some of the blinds were not latched back into the mounts. Jose promptly sent the two guys back to the house. They determined that the two malfunctioning blinds were not their fault, but didn't work properly because of the way they were originally mounted to the curved wall of the entrance staricase. They are high up in the entranceway - too high for me to easily check. The two guys were able to properly re-latch the blinds that had been left unlatched. Overall, good job! read more

I needed to paint the whole house and deep clean the carpet. Jose and his team did a great job painting the house and deep clean the carpet afterwards. I had so e damaged wall, they repaired it and painted over it. And while he was there he installed the blinds on windows and fixed couple of other stuffs around the house.
