The painter in the shop Matt's son will fly off the handle and start cussing at you screaming at the top of his lungs calling you every name in the book He will even tell you if you want the old part dig in the dumpster and get them. Way unprofessional and way over the top. Matt will lie to you any chance he gets. if he tells you the parts are inn, well their not and when he tells you your car will be done in 4 to 5 days plan for 2, 7 day weeks. If your car needs a new headlight then they have to wait til it comes in before they paint and everyone knows you don't paint the headlights.They only paint the cars if you're going to pick it up within 2 or 3 hours he doesn't believe in painting and letting it cure a little before you take it. Apparently he doesn't think paint needs to cure..it's been nothing but ignorance, lies,unprofessional behavior ,and the arrogance is overwhelming.. o ya and they think they are the only paint shop in idaho so they can treat the customers like dirt.. beware of this company you will be better off passing them by..

Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. On Monday he drove to get our new windshield, and he and his crew had it put in within a few hours after we got there on Tuesday. In a situation where we would have (and would have pretty much had to) pay any price, he gave us a good deal and even hammered some dents out of our hood and fixed the latch. Friday night at 8 o'clock Steve comes out to the RV park, looks at my hitch and we decide to go by his shop 1st thing in the morning. First problem was just getting the hitch disconnected from the 5th wheel. But Steve and crew were able to get it apart. Then they had to tear apart the hitch and repair the guts. The capture plate then had to be pounded back into shape. Then everything had to go back together. 3+ hours later, we were on our way. With only a small dent in my wallet. My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.
