The customer service was excellent. My husband went in and was quoted a price for our front bumper (it was falling off). We were told it could take 1.5 to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I was greeted by a kind receptionist and told her I needed to wait while the work was being done. I didn't even have to wait an hour and the work was completed. They also replaced a light that was out, free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. read more

Really, really bad. I was burglarized on my way to Idaho. They broke my door handle. I took my vehicle in and received a quote to replace the handle and paint it to factory color. They had me pay and said everything was fine. I trusted them and paid. once I walked to my vehicle I noticed it was the same door handle, but it was now scratched up much worse. It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle. read more

Christensen Auto is the best! I blew a tire on the way to school which surprisingly caused thousands of dollars in damage to my front end. When I got here, my insurance agent recommended I choose Christensen to fix my car. They had the parts in the same week, and needed my car for only 48 hours, they even offered me a loner car. Todd and Jeff helped me out. I just got a bummer accident where the front of my bumper was hit (Nissan versa). They got the color right, a quality fitting part, and it took some time to get it adjusted correctly, but it looks new, looks good, and I am highly satisfied. They ordered the correct parts. And where nice. That's about where the quality stopped for my car. As I got the car back the next day was noise from in my engine so I look at it. My air intake hose was not even screwd back together. No big deal I found a screw and put it back together so my engine would receive air. Than I see a hose almost dragging that didn't get strapped back, than I noticed my front grill not completely sealed into place and loose and the same for the bumper. So I clicked everything into place. Then find out headlight is missing a cover. Their was paint over spray on front window and frame which is sad. Two more pieces of tape could of fixed that. I know nothing about cars but was able to do half their job. I payed my deductable and went to another shop to double check everything and get the last needed parts. I'll never go back. P.s. I let them know what they missed they said they would order me the parts and call me to fix it. This was 4 months ago. If they don't want me to come back to fix their wings i don't want to come back. read more

These guys do really good body work! My truck was damaged by a trailer driven by someone else that wasn't going to use insurance to pay and these guys had the best price in town and said he would warranty his work for life.
