They gave me a detailed bid as to what I needed. A good price and break down as to all the parts and labor it would take to fix. They did exactly what I needed so I could get the parts and safely drive my vehicle. -I did get the repair done somewhere else. They gave me the information I needed to effectively get a second opinion and to know exactly what I needed. The information they gave me saved me a few hundred dollars.

The owner/manager said he had not heard back from the manufacturer, and would check back with them on the order and let me know. He never called back, so a week later I called again. This time an employee said the parts were there. I drove two hours each way to find out the part was not in. The owner/manager never tried to contact me to apologize, explain or attempt a guest service recovery. Don't bother with this place, I will never go back.

My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine. Name of company is Artworx. Ran into him at a gas station. Mind you I only knew he was a pine stripe guy because his truck has his company name on it. Bragging about old school hand painted pin stripes. I asked if he did pinstripes he said "I do". Now mind you I only asked because WHO knows who's driving the truck. I asked if he had a card. " I live a long ways away. Im on vacation. I'm not interested" Maybe it's because I was in a beat up 04 Subaru. Or I had my old beater jacket on. I found it extremely rude. A simple handing of a card or better wording would have gone a lot farther. It would not be the first time I drove along ways away for quality. Even "I'm on vacation, I'm based in Rexburg, look me up" Would have gone better. Now I know where I'm NOT going. If you don't want questions about your business. If you are vacation, DON'T ADVERTISE on the vehicle your driving. Unless of course your just so damn good you can afford to be rude to potential customers. My mom is a easy going 73 year old lady.
