The day the payment is due they call early saying do you want to make your payment now. They try to make people seem as if they are completely incompetent by not allowing them to make a payment by the due date. I just wish they would treat people with better respect.

This was a place I have relied upon any time I want to buy a car, motorcycle, or even get a loan for anything!!! I could ALWAYS blindly rely on them! Now any decision is a corporate committee meeting with cold handshakes and shallow apologies. I got married last year and wanted a small loan to help my wife/kid relocate and get all affairs in order. For $2,000 Suncoast declined me. Three days later Wells Fargo said yes. Not only have I never stepped foot in a Wells Fargo - I don't bank there. Then 3 months later Wells Fargo put a cherry on the cake by approving a loan for a new $9600.00 A/C system in March '26. I didn't even bother with Suncoast. In February Suncoast let a Chinese seller rip me off for $42.55 even though I submitted proof my item is STILL in Aiken S.C at the time of this writing. Not only did I not get my item - I watched TWO ENTIRE days of my CCTV footage to submit everything Suncoast needed for a dispute. For the bargain price of $42.55 Suncoast lost my faith and trust. They also earned some new disappointing reviews. They've forgotten what 'credit union' means and become a small hick bank.

I completed the application online & it was approved & I was told I just needed to go through their verification process. I gave them my Wells Fargo bank information & they deposited $135 to my account & than I had to purchase a Maceys gift card & send to them. They than deposited $200 on to my account & I was to purchased another Marcys card for $200 & sent it to them. They advised me everything was good & I was approved & I would receive $2000 to my bank account which I never did. My bank is withholdong $135 as the said the deposit was not good! Now I have to close my bank account for fraud! I do have a printed approval letter from them that I signed but I was told by another advance America in my local area. & they said it was fraud!!
