I am not happy with advance America . They contacted me on Monday October 20th & offered me a loan for $2000 at 10% at $100/month. I completed the application online & it was approved & I was told I just needed to go through their verification process. I gave them my Wells Fargo bank information & they deposited $135 to my account & than I had to purchase a Maceys gift card & send to them. They than deposited $200 on to my account & I was to purchased another Marcys card for $200 & sent it to them. They advised me everything was good & I was approved & I would receive $2000 to my bank account which I never did. My bank is withholdong $135 as the said the deposit was not good! Now I have to close my bank account for fraud! I do have a printed approval letter from them that I signed but I was told by another advance America in my local area. & they said it was fraud!! read more

Great services every time I go. Always helpful and information when I when I need them. As well as amazing associates.

Be careful. It must be way better to go into the office. But some people cannot. Some people can't drive; gas is too expensive to get into Brandon; maybe you are sick or working four jobs or LIFE! At first loved this place, and was nervous to do this, but a customer service person made it really easy for me over the phone. I do not drive so getting customer service over phone is important and when it is good makes things so much easier and everyone happy and so much less stress; whereas you can Sing Praises about a Company. Service here has been extremely hit or miss. Keep good track of what you are doing and pay attention to your web portal things are a little odd and seem to change - if you have a loan out or waiting for one watch your portal as you may think things are good and they are not. Yesterday called Corporate in South Carolina and had a very good experience, very easy as Customer Service knew everything needed; however, something once again happened via internet (website) that cannot explain. read more
