If I could leave a 0 I would. This shop does not communicate with you at all and are stupid high in their estimates. I had my car at this shop for 10 days and only heard from them once. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car. read more

A year ago I was very satisfied with the service from this shop, so last week I took our '03 Accord and '04 Civic in. Each had a problem. The shop "forgot" $100 of labor on the first estimate for the Accord and then their repair did not fix the problem. When my son called to let them know they told him they would call him the next day. They did not. Three days later they finally say they have fixed the problem and I "only" need to pay for the part. On the Civic we had the same problem with the estimate being "under" and it was not fixed, either. I won't be going back EVER. If I could give no stars I would. read more

This place is a complete rip off! My daughter's car broke down near this shop. We dropped it off after hours. The next day the shop called me with an estimate of $969 for a water pump, thermostat and drive belt. I knew this was ridiculously high but to add insult to injury they said their credit machine was down so it would be "cash only". They also charged me $120 to release my car to me. I had the car towed to a different repair shop about 15 miles away to Durant OK where they had my car fixed in perfect running condition the next day for $323. read more

I am the manager of the ReStore benefitting Habitat for Humanity of Grayson County. Our 2000 Chevy W4500 Tilt Cab box truck that is critical for our daily donation pick ups has had some recurring mechanical problems. We have broken down in several very unfortunate locations, and Michael has been very prompt, professional, and skilled in getting our truck out of dangerous situations and back to B&B for a quick repair. A rip-off...charges twice as much as other shops for repairs...extremely rude...wanted over $600 to replace water pump on 94 Chevy Van...got it done for just over $200 at another shop...when questioned if they had made a mistake in the estimate, only met with very rude female who acted like she was insulted...never do business with them... read more

Doris bent over backwards to get my car fixed. I brought them the wrong part and they returned it to the store for me and got the right one. Not only that they stayed open late so I could get my car back that day. I'll be back but hopefully not any time soon. read more

Our vehicle was stolen and found in Texas. It was then towed to B&B automotive wreckers. This is where all things went wrong. We were contacted by the police department informed where it was. We contacted the establishment and was told it would be x amount of dollars for towing another amount for mileage another amount for impound fees. Okay we traveled 22 hours in a rental vehicle lost wages lost potential income lost sleep and I had a few arguments on our supposedly road trip down there to pick up the vehicle. Once we arrived we called them two hours in advance to tell them when we would be there. And when we arrived we had to call them again and ask where they were. The customer service is not good or client friendly. When we had called the previous day to find out if the vehicle was in working order the company told us it was wonderful it ran good. We pulled it out a lot and we were sure that it wasn't going to make it anywhere. We had paid nearly $200 just to get this car out of their lot and it would not even make it a hundred miles. The suspension rocker bars oil engine transmission anything you could think of was making noise and it was a very scary ride. We had to extend a rental try to find somebody that we could do the right thing and not leave it on the street and get rid of the vehicle it barely made it to that location. I do not recommend this place and I feel very bad for the town as a result that the police use this establishment as an impound lot. In my opinion they lied in order to get additional fees and to get a vehicle out of their lot. read more

Used them several times. Made me feel like a trashy person cause my car was "More then 10 years old ". Guy acted like I was a bother to him and lady in office stayed on phone with personal call when we walked in for several more minutes.. Always complained about older cars and how people should get rid of them and how they were " A pain in his ass to work on ". We will never use them again.. read more

We asked a trusted friend who to take our family vehicle to when we were having issues. They raved about B&B and said they wouldn't take their cars anywhere else so we thought we would give them a try. B&B got us in quickly and has a very friendly staff. They found our problem, fixed it and were very affordable! We have been a few times now and we are life long customers. Awesome work and customer service. We are from Houston and were stranded in Denison with a bad water pump. They came and got us off Hwy 75, took us back to the hotel and provided an estimate within 2 hours of picking up the car. Next day, the car was ready by noon and they came back to the hotel and picked us up to get the car. They even made sure we knew about a food service that you could order in food since we were stranded for the night. Try them out whether you are local or traveling through for your car repairs.
