Got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was asked to reschedule. Then was told if I wait the car might be looked at by the end of the day. I asked if they accepted walk ins in front of me and what is the point of making an appointment time and I was told they are allowed to overbook online appointments. I will never come here again. We took the car over a span of three days and the manager could never give a direct response to what the problem was. Picked it up for the last time today and he gave a run around answer about all the possibilities till | asked specifically what did he touch on the car to fix it, that it just didn't fix itself. His response, was oh it was just a relay. My friend kept trying to get a better understanding of what the ideal problem was and he kept repeating and starting saying that he was cutting her off that to not come back there no more which we will not be. Very poor management and seems to take advantage of women. At this time we still don't know of the problem is fixed. On their website, they have listed that they are a full service mechanic shop. That's not the case. This problem was above their ability and they should have recognized that from the start. Needless to say, this place is a fraud.
