I had a flat tire repaired -- at a fraction of the price charged in Phoenix -- and they had it repaired quickly. Rather than drive into the Phoenix area (and deal with their overcrowded traffic madness), I've had WTC change the oil of our vehicles and lube whatever needs doing in that type of service, and the work is done while you wait in an air-conditioned lounge, rather than sitting in your vehicle in the broiling heat. Prices at WTC for an oil change are lower than what I've been charged at several different businesses in Phoenix. That, and being able to sit in an air-conditioned lounge, make it well worth it. Can't argue with perfection. One other thing, and this is important to me: not only are they professional and very efficient, they're genuinely very nice people. I've been invited to have my vehicles' tire pressure checked any time and as often as I feel necessary, and they inspect the tires as they check inflation. Moreover, you don't have to wait in a long line. Well done, WTC.

Was told that by making an appointment it should have been explained that it could be 24-48 hours before my vehicle would be looked at. What the heck is that???? if you make an appointment 7 days out you would think it would get looked at the day of the appointment. I would recommend that if you make a service appointment, better find out how long they are going to need your vehicle. Pretty bad service and I would recommend going into Surprise to get any work done, at least they look at the vehicle the day of the appointment

Less than a month later, she had to bring the truck back for repairs that risked her safety. they charged her an extra $700 for computer updates that were not covered under warranty, which should have been done when she purchased the vehicle. Just one week after that repair, the same problem returned. My mother lives an hour away from the dealer and two hours from Phoenix, and she depends on her vehicle for critical medical appointments. Despite this, they kept her truck for two weeks. Now we're left wondering what to do next with the safety issues not repaired and so much money paid to to Jones. As it is taking her daughters to step in as service department is not returning her calls. The low ratings are not by chance. Do not trust Jones ford. They do not care about the community they serve---or about our parents and elderly customers who rely on them for honest service.
