I was hesitant as I am with all contractors, we'd tried everything we could think of, I was expecting an all day repair and a work around. What I got was a very capable electrician who was also friendly and our service restored in 2 hours. Ronnie did everything he could to identify the problem and resolved it quickly. The bill was less than I expected and the service better than I expected, a win win! Will keep this number for any future needs.

They treat their subs horribly and will do everything in their power to not pay you. Additionally, they will bring in workers on the site that should not be on state funded project and try to get you the sub to take responsibility for them. I keep wondering why the state of NY keeps on giving them work.

It is a good thing I was willing to be patient too, as it took several months to arrange for a time for them to come over. They are very busy and warned me of the fact, which I appreciated. At the agreed upon time (he had early morning hours, which I found super convenient) he showed up and fixed a couple of loose, unsafe (and improperly wired) light switches and outlets. He also tracked down a wiring problem with an outside light. In less than an hour he was done, and he showed me what the problems were and how he fixed them. I swear, the "builder" who put together our house was a real piece of work. The prices were reasonable and I am quite pleased with the work. I can't give them a fifth star as it did take a long time for them to finally have room in their schedule. If you have an electrical emergency, this is not the place to call. But, if you need routine work performed I recommend them.
