Then my son who has autism was just wondering the store and being followed I told the owner he had autism and wouldn't understand anything he is saying to him. Also the 8 employees lingering about that stalk you is horrible. I will never go back! How that place is in business is beyond me. After reading other reviews the owner clearly has a problem with children and you can imagine how bad he was with my special needs kid.

I see some ppl saying it's a scam, I guess it depends on your expectations ‍ We enjoyed every bit of the store and house. I would say, if you were in your LMAO, party rockers, extreme drinking, dancing your pants off, beating the beat back, young dumb and free phase of life when this show came out, it's worth the visit.

I had an extremely disturbing experience at the Sand Tropéz store this morning, on 8/10/2025. This…read moreexperience involved the staff and the general manager. When I walked into the fitting room, the general manager said to me, "Smile to the camera." I immediately found this comment inappropriate and unsettling. After making the comment, I was told by an employee that he disappeared into the back of the store while I was still in the fitting room. How am I supposed to know he wasn't looking at the cameras while I was changing? That is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. When I later confronted him about it, instead of taking responsibility, he brushed it off as "just a joke" and claimed I was taking it out of context. HE SHOULD NOT BE CATERING TO WOMEN OR YOUNG GIRLS IF HE IS GOING TO BE CREEPY. Multiple employees stood up for his behavior and said that he "makes jokes all of the time." This was also concerning, as it shows that this is a regular behavior for him. After I left the fitting room, my companion and I were followed around the store for no reason, which made the situation even worse. The behavior felt targeted and discriminatory. No customer should be subjected to invasive comments, have their concerns dismissed by management, or feel unsafe and watched in a fitting room. This was not only unprofessional -- it was inappropriate, creepy, and a violation of basic customer trust. At this point, I would love the escalate this further because it's genuinely disturbing, however they told me that the general manager owned the store and it's a family business. A store employee told me that I could write a review on the experience, so here we are. Please be CAREFUL bringing yourself and your children there.
