However, after confirming with someone named Timothy and being told he would follow up, I never received a return call. This happened one day before my flight from Savannah, Georgia, leaving me scrambling for alternative transportation. Thankfully, I found a compassionate provider who honored the quoted rate just so I wouldn't have to cancel my trip to see an ailing cousin. What should have been a $700+ round trip was generously matched by someone who put my situation first--something I had hoped Tucson Mountain Tour would do. Very helpful to me - I didn't have to wonder if he had gotten my call. The first plus! He called again on his way to pick us up to confirm, arrived slightly early and took our bags. His personal car was extremely clean, comfortable and very nice - plenty of leg room. We arrived without a problem and enjoyed conversation and exchanged a few tips.
