I had a really bad experience with this company. The first travel agent assigned lacked an ability to get back to me. When I requested a new one, she was kept on with supervisor oversight. When I eventually got a new agent, she seemed more efficient, but she was definitely more curt/abrupt in her style. There was a scheduling conflict with the Coliseum that I had to catch while I was in Venice, before going to Rome. I was told "good luck buddy" with sarcasm by my new agent. My mom and I had to pay for changing our new transportation from Venice to Rome, just to find out the Coliseum tour was not even confirmed by Bon Voyage. I missed out on it. I spend most of my savings on this trip. This is not a regular trip I would take. I went with my mom who is 73 years old, so the likelihood of her getting to go back is very slim. I was offered an apology and $250 via check from Bon Voyage. The excursion company did refund me for the excursion itself. To be honest, the stay in Rome and the Coliseum tickets were probably at least quadruple that. More important than the money however, was the lack of caring and the notion that this is most likely a once in a lifetime experience. I would not recommend this company. read more

This lady is remarkable in her dedication to create a travel experience for her customers. We decided to book a cruise for the whole family, grandparents, parent and grandkids, 4 rooms and international flights. Then along came COVID, and some of us caught it, and of course the cruise lines went into hiatus. Marci was amazingly patient with me and walked me through the various decisions to make (cruise line, air scheduled, room levels, excursions, etc).
