However, when I was a kid, my dad would take me with him to the hardware store, and I would get a lollypop while he and whomever from behind the counter would wander around looking for an eyebolt or the right shade of caulk. Giulio- who I assume is the owner, is easily 10 years older than my mom, who lives in the assisted living up the street. My mom can't be bothered to go to the chair yoga we're paying for, but Giulio went to work. He's not totally mobile, but he knows his s#!t. Whenever I come in, he or whoever else is behind the counter is happy to chat through my issue and suggest something. It's not a Home Depot- so they may not have what you're looking for every time- but they have a lot of things, and it makes me happy to know my money is staying local. Also, side story: One day during the summer, it's like 90, and I am behind a contractor who's getting a bunch of stuff - lumber, rocks...I don't know- but he's paying for it, and he grabs some water bottles for him and his crew and puts them on the counter. Giulio totals him up and says a number; the guy says, "Oh, don't forget these waters". Giulio says, "The town where I come from in Italy has the best water in the world, and it flows right off the mountain. If my father knew I was charging people for water, he'd come back from the dead and strike me down. Those are free." C'mon. How can you not go here first?

I am leaving a 1-star review as a result of a disappointing recent experience with quartzite slabs…read morepurchased from All Natural Stone. The primary reaso2 I selected quartzite for my kitchen project was its reputation as a durable, low-porosity natural stone that performs well in a kitchen environment. After purchasing the slabs and having them fabricated by an experienced stone fabricator, I was informed that he had never encountered quartzite this porous in his 30+ years of working with the product. The excessive porosity raises serious concerns about the suitability of the material for its intended use and has left me questioning whether there may be an issue with the original sealant, processing and/or manufacturing of the slabs. When I brought these concerns to All Natural Stone, the only response I received was to apply a sealant and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, this does not address the underlying issue or provide confidence that the product I purchased meets the quality and performance expectations associated with quartzite. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication from management. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager of the slab department by phone and email, I have received no response. For a company of this caliber, I expected a much higher level of customer service and accountability. As a result, I can only leave a 1-star review. My concerns regarding the quality of the quartzite slabs remain unresolved, and the lack of follow-up or meaningful assistance has been extremely disappointing.

I came in with the vaguest of ideas of what I liked and was looking for for my space and in my consultations with him (I needed a second consultation after a design change) Alfonso was so skilled at finding a variety of options to consider without overwhelm! The showroom is like an art gallery where you can touch the art and a sensory treat to roam through. The large attached warehouse area with a huge number of countertop materials was very impressive to behold. But again Alfonso could quickly edit it for me to a few choices. Now I am happily enjoying my epic countertops, gorgeous shower and elegant tile flooring.

BUYERS BEWARE:…read more Beware of doing business with International Container Services (aka ICS or ICS West Coast) as they do not pay their bills. This company is owned by Jason Cruz (510-715-2544) and Dustin (415-845-2464). They advertise themselves as one of the largest container sellers to residential and commercial clients in California and also sell boxes across the US. I wholesale containers across the US and started doing business directly with Jason Cruz (owner of ICS) in the middle of 2025. I sold him many units on standard 30 day payment terms. At first Jason paid his invoices on time or pretty close to it. Many small business owners are wearing multiple hats so I completely understand that invoices can get missed when things get hectic. Unfortunately after a few months that stopped happening. In October Jason owed me over $10K in overdue invoices. At first it was "Account Receivables are slow" but he was expecting to see $100Ks coming in any day and would be able to get the outstanding invoices paid. Then in November it was basically I'll get you paid by the end of the year 100%.... now it's no responses and it's clear they do not intend to pay at all. Screenshots are shared of the text messages between myself and Jason from October through the End of the Year. In an industry full of scammers, Jason and Dustin have a good sales pitch to make you feel like your in good hands. But do you trust giving money to a business that doesn't pay their bills and may take your money and run?

TEZ was the last place we went because they had an amazing assortment of natural stone, and their staff was really terrific. Johnathan was our representative and he handled everything in an outstanding manner, he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or that we were being a bother. His responsiveness to phone calls and texts were timely and professional. We came in a few times to match tile and trim pieces to our quartzite slabs, and he never thought twice about pulling our slabs out so we could see them all lined up. We were so impressed that we purchased all of our slabs here, as well as our floor tile and trim pieces. They held everything there for several weeks until our fabricator was ready to pick them up. I'd recommend TEZ to anyone looking for stone without hesitation.

My experience…read morewith Tez Marble has been a months-long nightmare of incompetence, turnover, and blatant theft of $8,500. The issues began in July 2025 when I requested a quote from a saleswoman, Beyza, for 5-7 slabs and 2,000 sq. ft. of hardwood. It took her over a month to simply respond to an inquiry, causing them to lose the flooring portion of my business immediately. Against my better judgment, I moved forward with the slab purchase through a different salesman, Julio. We purchased 5 slabs, yet Julio accidentally charged us for 7, an overcharge of roughly $8,500. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service: The Refund Delay: Julio dragged his feet for two months on the refund, only for us to find out he no longer worked at the company. Management Failure: I escalated the issue to Sam, the manager. He promised to process the refund immediately. Sam also made additional promises of delivering the slab the following day, but failed to do so. The Current Status: It is now February 2026--seven months after the initial contact and months after the overcharge--and we still have not received our money. Tez Marble has stopped responding and has made no effort to call or explain why they are still holding onto $8,500 of our money. They have been completely radio-silent while essentially "stealing" from a customer. Beautiful stone is not worth the risk of losing thousands of dollars to a company that clearly lacks the internal infrastructure or integrity to handle basic financial transactions. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
