Ming RV Pros worked in my Monaco Coach in 2023. While working on the coach, they stood on the kitchen counter and broke/cracked it. They put glue in the crack hoping I would t notice the 14-20" crack. It took a year and several threatening calls to get any response. They finally sent someone to repair it but the crack is still very visible right in the kitchen. I finally hired ONEXTREME to fix it. The crack is still visible but not as bad. The only other option is to replace the entire counter which would cost a fortune and who knows what damage would come from that repair, and if the counter material would even be available. I am settling for the final repair and it cost me $1,150.00 and of course Ming RV Pros won't even reimburse or respond. I do not recommend doing business with Ming RV Pros as they will ignore you when they damage your RV. I would rate them lower if I could. Can you imagine trying to seek the coach now. They ruined any resale value. And Ming RV Pros are not cheap. I will be filing a report with The BBB and Consumer Affairs. I am just broken hearted. read more

This place is highly recommended. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I found them after Camping World (never again) told me I needed a new inverter at about $2000 plus labor. I took the coach here for a second opinion and $15 later (plus labor) the breaker/fuse was replaced and all is working again. Call these folks if you need help. Outstanding, fast service! I drove in from gulf shores, AL and my trailer had a water leak and landing gear problems. I called for the repairs and Bo was able to make it out the same day. I had our Onan generator diagnosed by another mobile RV repair company for $300. They stated that I needed a new carburetor which would be $647.31 for the part and $300 for the install. I called Bo and told him the situation and right away he knew that there was just one part that needed to be replaced and not the entire carburetor. He offered to do a mobile service at a discounted rate and upon arrival he had it repaired within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and is great at giving updates of his arrival. Great job Bo. Ming is a real professional. After trying 3 other companies who got the reqet but never called us back, we turned to Yelp . He answered the quote request quickly and after quotng us a price he arrived at the storage facility where we agreed to meet on time. Instead of a 20 minute job it turned into a 3 1/2 hour job. He never charged us more even though jumping a battery should have only taken 20 minutes, our motorhome's batteries were so dead he had to spend an additional 2 hours and 10 minutes. These guys are quick and do great work. I had to leave for a trip the next day in my Motorhome and found out at 1:00 pm that my inverter/charger had died. I called around either go t no responses or if they responded they would not come out. Then I called Ming's and they responded in a few minutes. They gave me a reasonable estimate and arrived about 45 minutes later to do the replacement. they did a very clean install in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks to them I did not miss my trip. I'm glad I found a great mobile mechanic and will use them whenever I have an issue in the future. Most of my friends have trailers or motorhomes so I let them all know about these guys. I want to highlight the good attitude of those guys who work there, how kind they are, and how quickly and effectively they work. I called to explain that I was having a problem with the water in my camper van, and when I arrived, I found out that they had already bought a new water pump just in case. As it turned out, my pump had malfunctioned, so we replaced it the same day without wasting time searching for the spare part or waiting for it to arrive. It was all very quick! Contacted this business early on a Thursday (08/29/24). I spoke with Bo who promised to come out the same day. Came out earlier than initially estimated. He serviced and repaired my toybox trailer generator. Bo installed new parts and got the generator working as good as when new. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Ming is great he actually picked up his phone on a Sunday which I didn't think I had any chance of getting anyone to come to my house. I had a small electrical fire which caused a short in my fuse box Ming and his partner came out diagnosed it and it ended up being a small fix but he could've told me anything because I have no knowledge of the electrical system and he didn't try to up charge me or sell me parts I didn't need. I called looking for a quote on installing a solar panel setup on my 5th wheel, upgrade batteries and add rocker switch. He came to look at my toy hauler and tested my batteries and said we didn't need to replace them because they were still good. He showed us the Solar his company uses and the same day he did the install! He came back at Less than half of what Camping World and All County Rv & Solar quoted me. They were on time, polite and had my ac unit running in under 30 minutes. Checked both ac units and a small body repair in under a hour. Not having the hassle of taking it to the mechanic shop, leaving it there and then picking it up. Worth every penny. read more

Aside from an initial delay, it was great that they came to my home for the repairs instead of having to tow my pop-up to an RV facility, saving me lots of time and hassle. I provide a list of the things I wanted fixed and received an estimate for each and decided what should actually be fixed. Some of the repairs were done that afternoon: power lift (setup now takes seconds rather than minute using a power drill) an A/C. Decided on a couple more after they had left. They came back today and replace the non-functioning water heater with a tank less one (no more shower limits!). The only item that I wasn't completely happy with is the seal tape on the front roof corners, which have cracked plastic. But given its age (it's 15 years old), the most important thing the key items are functioning again and the interior will stay dry. I would use Ming RV again. read more
