They put holes in the ceilings and didn't patch them up, i had to.. The vents are uneven where they installed the inside filter looks so crappy my four-year-old could've done better. They actually used the breakers/fuse to my power outlets to my plugs in the house so half of my plugs in the house don't work anymore instead of putting in a different/larger breaker, Pg&e came out and flagged my gas because they hooked it up wrong , Pg&e had to come in and redo the whole gas line, never once did I get a call from Managment, bosses, nobody they will call and make me do my appointments because I prepaid for the service, and threaten me with voiding my warranty.. but actually getting customer service is nonexistent . Now that they have my money, it doesn't really matter to them. If I had the funds, I would 100% take them to court !!!! If you want to save yourself money and a headache do not use this company! As a single mom paying $16,000 for a new HVAC system and getting the crappies job done is heartbreaking. Unfortunately the loan is through a third-party so they got paid for their horrible job while I am paying out of pocket to fix their mess.

I called in on 2/27 asking for a price to replace it and was told they would have to get back to me. Ok no problem, I'm sure I was one of dozens of calls they got for that same thing. Fast forward to Monday April 3, I emailed the owner directly because I have not heard anything back after what I feel was a very generous amount of time I waited. No response. Keep in mind all I wanted was a price on a panel and I would even be willing to install it myself. I waited another week and still no response. Sunday April 9 I emailed the owner again asking for a price or at least a model number so I knew what to order. I got a (what I deemed as) rude email back telling me "currently working on the April 14 NEM 2 deadline all service calls and correspondence has been put on hold until we get past this deadline. As you mentioned this is not a warranty issue and it is not an emergency". I'm sorry I didn't realize you couldn't find 3 minutes get me a price on a panel or even tell me your reason for the delay within the almost 2 months I've waited. This is the level of service after the sale $58,000 gets you. Even came over and personally connected us with lending, signing documents and logging into the app to monitor our system. Then came over and made sure we understood everything and were happy. Even coming back when the season is right to trim trees more, at no cost. As for the work..workers were courteous, fast and besides hereing little noise didn't even know they were here. They did EXCELLENT work!! If we would have known getting solar could be so effortless we would have done it a long time ago!! Now let's see if it pays off.
