I contacted Justin immediately in mid-August and sent photos as requested, but despite being told it was a simple fix, I received no follow-up. I reached out several times via text, email, and phone, yet as of October 1st, I still have not received a timeline for scheduling the repairs. I would appreciate a clear timeline for repairs and more consistent updates regarding the status of my warranty claims. Implementing a dedicated customer service contact or an automated repair scheduling system could help prevent delays and improve communication. We truly enjoyed our initial experience and hope that future service aligns with the high standards set during installation. Leaving customers in limbo does not reflect well on your business, and I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas.

I got a (what I deemed as) rude email back telling me "currently working on the April 14 NEM 2 deadline all service calls and correspondence has been put on hold until we get past this deadline. As you mentioned this is not a warranty issue and it is not an emergency". I'm sorry I didn't realize you couldn't find 3 minutes get me a price on a panel or even tell me your reason for the delay within the almost 2 months I've waited. This is the level of service after the sale $58,000 gets you.
