We can hear on a Saturday night on a whim and we're pleasantly surprised. The theatre was clean and had recently been remodeled inside there is a full service bar and options to order food from an actual kitchen - we saw advertisements for some good looking flatbreads. Concessions, as expected, are not cheap, but the tickets were only $12 a piece for an adult which is better than we anticipated. The theatre we were in was spacious and had super comfortable leather loungers that reclined and had a heated seat option that I loved because I am always cold in movies. From what I understand, some theaters that show family movies has a play place in them for children. Our theatre was not one of those since we saw an adult movie. Started off on the wrong foot. All excited to have a liquor drink prior to the and /or at our seats AND no one was there who could serve liquor!!! Looked right a great bar but unfortunately couldn't tell you if they made good drinks. Now the reclining seats are awesome. Accidentally turned the heat on that I didn't want. But great feature for the winter. Now the movie Downton Abbey is about to start and they sold two H5 seats!! We had one and so did another party!! How could that happen? We scooted over one to accommodate just so H3 doesn't show up. It was a good thing it wasn't sold out. Comfortable seats with a great movie the rest was suspect. read more

Matinee $67.03 two people Screen X theater including a Large Popcorn free refills and a large pop! Chairs nice and comfy. I like that the screen was in the front and on the left and right pretty cool experience kinda pricey but will try again. read more

Love the revamp of what was Macedonia Theater. Classic decor and friendly staff. Arrived early for a beer. Only downside is that there were no previews! We thought they would have them like everywhere else, so we did not rush in. Fortunately only missed a few minutes. Not sure if this was specific to this film or if it's that way across the board. There was lighting, so you could find your seat again if you had to leave for a restroom break like me. Comfortable seats with multiple adjustments. And clean restrooms. Overall, I've had a good experience with B&B until recently. They were unable to turn the lights off for our theater, and promised free movie passes for the inconvenience. We finished the movie. When we went to claim them, they denied us, saying it was a miscommunication between the announcer and the manager. Manager stated that, because we finished the movie, we could not claim the passes. The announcer clearly stated that we were to claim them after the movie. Even if it was a miscommunication, that is on them, and we were still denied. Terrible customer service and management. read more

Booked online for 4:45, my seats were taken. Just got told they were double booked, absolutely no care in the world. When I pushed for something to be done, I got 3D tickets for 9:15. People who are employed full time don't want a 9 o clock movie when they booked one for 4, and not everyone likes 3D. Some people get headaches & things, but these out of touch people would not ever think about that. Spent over $100 on food here, it was okay at best but the woman at the counter was annoyed with every single person who ordered. There was a man causing a scene while I was waiting for my food & it was not handled at all, I had to stand there & feel borderline unsafe while he's yelling. Have some kind of authority around here. First & last time coming. The bar is overpriced, $15 for a cocktail that barely had alcohol in it. Also got told I couldn't come set my stuff down 10 minutes before my movie was supposed to start because they were in there cleaning. Never had that happen before in my life. Horrible experience. Also no slushies? Both times I went? Huge bummer. read more

I do not leave reviews very often. I was very excited to see Project Hail Mary on the big screen. $24 ticket was a stunner but went anyway. The 20 minutes of coming attractions started and they were so unbelievably loud i wanted to leave and ask for my money back. However there was only one person working there selling tickets and running concessions that it would have taken me 20 minutes to request refund. I hoped that the actual movie would not be as loud and thankfully it was not. I will not be back. I can not stress the excessive sound during previews. Absolutely rediculous. read more

I enjoy bringing my family to B&B and usually the employees are very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager Brian has no social or management skills. I asked an employee Garret, to speak to a manger and the manager, Brian, was right there. He let the "team lead" to handle it and Garret did. Garret was very professional and Brian was absolutely rude because I asked a question about the play area in theater 11. Garret, actually got on the website and showed me the policy. I thanked Garret. Brian is absolutely in my opinion not suitable for a manger position. He threatened to kick me out after spending a lot of money and because I asked a question. He absolutely does not have the temperament to be a manager. Brian should be serving popcorn and not dealing with customers. This business will lose money with him at the manager level. I hope you speak with him and how customer service works. Please feel free to reach out to me. He is a BAD MANAGER! We will find another theater further away if he is still here. We went to see the Gabby's Dollhouse movie in the screenPLAY room with our young kids. The play place was cute and fun before the movie. Once the movie started, we took our seats but half of the kids in there continued to play.. They progressively got louder and louder and started SCREAMING like they were playing outside. It took 2 other adults yelling for these parents to get their kids out and one of the moms of the playing kids started swearing that they're just being kids, you need to learn how to talk to kids because one raised their voice and asked the kids to stop screaming because we're trying to watch a movie... It took 75% of the way through the movie for someone to come in and get the parents to take their kids out. *It is the rules of the theater that the play area is open BEFORE the movie.* Luckily my kids didn't seem bothered by it, but it was not an enjoyable experience for the adults in there. read more

Went to the movies with my kids and friend last night. I was super excited to go until we got into the movie theatre. The theatre no joke was probably 57 degrees maybe 60 no more. My nose and feet were cold along with my kids and friend. It was miserably cold. The seat heaters did not even help the situation. We were watching black phone 2, I thought they were trying to make us feel like we were actually in the Rocky Mountains that's how cold. I would not return based off of this. I hate the cold and found it quite uncomfortable. Boy who checked us out at the concession stand was also less than pleased to do his job.... read more

First time going to this theater following its opening and remodeling. Wow. I mean, wow. That was disgusting. I took my daughter to see a screening of Captain America. Again, wow. We got to our assigned seats and they were gross. Both seats and the surrounding seats had oily grease spots all over them. It was likely butter but I had to leave and go to the rest room to get some wet paper towels to clean them off. I got back to my seat and figured, forget it. It was a later showing and only two other seats had been claimed so we moved seats (unfortunately closer to the screen in a very small room). Those were the cleanest I could find and still had to wipe yet more grease stains off the seats. Not totally successfully, I might add. I refused to use the drink holders because they were filthy with crumbs and grit and popcorn remnants. It looks like they had not been cleaned in days, not just after a day of screenings. I was happy to have another theater option closer to home, but I will gladly drive further away to see a movie if this is what I should expect here. I mean, this place is fairly new. Why so gross? I had to sit with my coat on and the collar up the entire time because it was that nasty. Also, no medium popcorn? Only small and large? Come on. In fairness, they let you get refills on the large, so we had emptied our bag and I got a refill before walking out the door. I figured I was owed that for having pay nearly $12 for popcorn. The nice thing I will say is that the lobby is nice-looking and the reclining seats are heated. But if no one ever cleans the seats you're just heating up people's butter and body oil which is so gross. I understand the cost and time implications of keeping a theater in suitable, clean shape but there are some very basics that have to be done and this was a big fail. read more

This establishment clearly can't afford to pay the heating bill. I've been to the movies here two separate times and it was freezing in the theater. Very distractingly cold, no kidding. The first time, the manager said that something was wrong with the temperature adjustment in that particular theater. But here I am, weeks later, barely able to enjoy the movie because it feels like out doors in the middle of February. I will not be coming back here, needless to say. read more
