They showed up 10 hours late for a time slot they gave me, gave me 30 minutes of their time to cut down one large branch, and left, saying "someone will come pick it up tonight." In the process, they caused permanent damage to my personal property, my landscaping, and the tree itself. Nobody came that night, nor the next day, despite several phone calls and promises that they would. It wasn't until I demanded a discount on the service that they finally showed up, two days later, to clear the branch. 20 minutes later they were gone, with sticks and debris still littering my yard. For this one total hour of work, they charged me over $400. No discount. They are unprofessional, unreliable, full of excuses and empty promises, and Covid deniers. Take your business elsewhere.

Aspen was cut off in chunks and sent careening into the grass, taking chunks out of the grass. The top of the large maple was too high and could not be reached with available equipment. I doubt they have a manlift as shown in flyer.
