Had a sidewalk put in along back of house 4 years ago. Put out 3 calls for bids and Prime is the only one that showed up so I gave them the job. Because it was in the back yard with 0 access they had to wheel borrow it all in. Graded the run off exactly how I asked and were finished in half a day. The surprise was that it was absolutely wonderful experience for me. All the workers were exceptionally friendly, clean and courteous. I couldn't complain even if I tried. So when I needed another job done this month, I was horrified when I googled concrete work in Redding and their company did not show up on the advertisements. I wanted these guys only, after the last great experience. I dug through old paperwork until I found the old receipt. Called them up for a similar job as the first, at the same location, and they responded right away. Again the great same work!!! Called to get a quote on side yard and front steps. They were able to come out that same day for quote. We ended up waiting on the side yard but went forward with front steps. They were able to start the work in less than two weeks and got the steps done in one day. We are very happy with the customer service we received and the finish of the work.
