From the initial call to the completion of the project, Polytek has been excellent. Within a few days of the initial call to the office, they sent a very personable and well informed representative to provide an estimate. He explained the benefits and unique qualities of the Polytek coating, the process for the application of the product, brought samples of the finished coating in all the available colors and provided a detailed written estimate. Once we accepted the offer, an appointment was immediately set up for the installation. A few days prior to the appointment, a representative from Polytek called to verify the date and time and give some details on what to expect with the installation. The crew arrived on time with a well appointed equipment trailer and a smile. They answered all our questions and explained the process during the installation. The job was originally schedule for a few months in the future but Donna was able to move the install date up to accomodate my schedule. We had a 400SqFt. concrete patio poured about a year ago, it looked fantastic until the first little bit of rain came. The rain combined with falling oak leaves left Nasty Stains on the brand-new colored concrete. We decided to give PolyTek a call. And we are glad we did. The guys finished the project today. I had them do an outside job on the front porch of my home but there were some problems on that day such as high winds, excavation next door creating dust and a PG&E worker walking on the finished concrete.
