I was greeted with great Aloha, so much so that Frank said "Call me Polani" and explained he used to reside on Molokai, sharing that he refers to Pahrump as the Molokai of the Las Vegas area. He was great, let me know that he could have my dress done the same day, and he said he'd have it hung up nicely. I think he said, "Hung real pretty." Encouraged by the hospitality, I arrived early Monday morning, only to learn they neither clean in house, offer same day cleaning, nor do they offer next day services. He said he could not guarantee the time frame, maybe two days, and said he "could only guarantee a maybe." Then he said if I had come on Saturday, he could have it in time. I said, this is why I phoned in advance and shared my flight was late Saturday, that I noticed they were closed Sundays, and inquired about the Monday turn-around. Frank then raised his voice at me. Being both dishonest and then turning to disrespect, no thank you. I said this was disappointing and unfortunate, and I left. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business.

They not only fixed the problem, their fee was barely enough to pay for lunch. The second time, again a Mac(2021) that I had updated to the latest software; the software dumped a program that I use for work. They were able to recover the program all within 20 minutes. Again the fee was reasonable. I will be coming back whenever I need help with any of my computers. I also recommend checking out their computers that are for sale. Excellent prices and they look new. Not like some used computer stores that you know, just by looking the computer is used. I felt like I was inside Best Buy. The store is clean and well kept. My only complaint, they are not open on Saturday, so plan wisely. I can only say, they were fun, polite and very knowledgeable.
