Highly recommend this place . They did a full wrap on my company van and I absolutely loved it .read more

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!*…read more Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors.

The prices are extremely fair and there is no price gouging. Even though I decided to go with 979 last minute, the owner was wonderful and made time to fit me in. When I showed up, he was ready for me and walked me through the whole process as well as showed me the different tint levels. Once I picked out the level of tent, I wanted, he showed me to the waiting room, and there were plenty of snacks and great beverages to choose from. The waiting area was a great place to sit and wait for my car. After the Work was done, he showed me around the vehicle and explained everything to me and the dos and don'ts with my new tint. I was extremely pleased with the work and I will be bringing back my vehicle here for future services. You won't go wrong if you schedule with 979 tint.

Got on Yelp to get some quotes (getting my front windshield, side and back windows as well) and after some messages decided to go with 979 Tint. Now they were not the cheapest or the most expensive quote I got but their attention to detail and actually listening to what I wanted done and helping me decide on how dark to tint my front windshield, sealed the deal for me. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome, quality of the tint is great. The only reason I did but give a five star rating was they had a couple communication hiccups.

I got a text from Miguel who told me and confirmed that I wanted it for the whole vehicle or just the removable roof. I told Miguel if price is right I'd consider doing the whole vehicle. He told me for the roof removable front and rear panels and the cap it would be $650. I asked about the whole vehicle and he said it would be $6K. I asked how does it cost 10% of the cost to do the roof compared to the whole vehicle. And he said it's a week of work to remove everything. I told him it's too much for just $5k in labor. He said it's not all profit... then same day later on starts offering me a discount cause he knows it's a lot for quote. I sit and ponder on it over the weekend. I decide to just do the roof as that is what I primarily wanted done so it doesn't get damaged removing it or while on the trail. I message him and he tells me to come in and that he could possibly knock it out today as I told him I have window tint appointment for tomorrow. I said ok sounds good and I can stop on my lunch to drop it off. I show up and the front desk kid comes out takes notes and goes back to Miguel and he comes back out and tells me price is $1500. I said how does it jump $900? He said that's what he's quoting. I said no I'm not paying that and it's not what he quoted me originally. I go out side and start texting Miguel. "Funny how he won't come out and talk to the customer he's been dealing with" I text him and say "I'm here and price jumps to $1500? I don't understand how you quote me $659 for roof only and know I'm here and it goes up to $1500" he says "yes sir I quoted you for the roof. You asked my guy for all side panels above window trims.. you asked for everything that's removable which goes beyond the roof." He then sends me a message with what he said saying for the roof we would be looking at $650. I say ok that's what I wanted the whole removable roof for $650. I ask him to come out to properly quote it and to help me understand and that I'm on lunch and running out of time... he doesn't respond and his front desk guy comes back out and I say the whole removable roof with the front and rear panels and the cap like he said in original text for quote. He him self said the removable tiles and cap. I tell the kid that he told me the whole removable top panels and cap. I say I can show you what he said and the kid said I believe you (as if this isn't the first time Miguel has made mistake quoting) I show him the message and he says yeah he is saying it's $1500 for the whole thing know. I said forget it I'll go elsewhere. Miguel then finally messages me saying "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding the message clearly says roof. And he says if it touches the roof, is not the roof... very simple and straight forward." As if I'm an idiot and I'm wrong. I tell him "no misunderstanding on my part. You don't know that the whole roof on a bronco is a removable panel? 2 front, 1 mid and the cap just like your message says" I said you never specified just the top of the panels. I asked for the whole removable roof. And also said that you should know the customer is always right.

I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.

It wasn't frequent, but enough for me to decide it was time to find a better option. I reached out to three highly rated businesses, and this shop stood out immediately. Chris responded quickly, was straightforward with pricing, and provided quotes via text/Yelp with no hidden costs. He made himself available for any questions and gave me multiple options to choose from. When I arrived, he took the time to go over everything again and provided a quote for my wife's vehicle as well. At that point, it was just a matter of deciding which service I wanted. I ended up going with ceramic tint since that's what I'm used to. He quoted about 2.5-3 hours, which was completely reasonable. I arrived a bit early due to scheduling with my wife picking up the kids. While I waited outside, Chris came out, offered me a chair, and welcomed me inside even though they don't really have a formal waiting area. That level of consideration didn't go unnoticed. I chose not to stay inside long because I didn't want anyone to feel rushed, which can sometimes happen when customers are waiting closely. Once the truck was finished, I was extremely impressed. The tint came out flawless. Chris also gave honest advice about the windshield--I initially wanted 5%, but he recommended around 70% to maintain visibility while still getting heat rejection. I followed his recommendation, and it was absolutely the right call. The quality difference compared to my previous shop is very noticeable. I've inspected the tint closely and haven't found a single bubble. On top of that, he offers a lifetime warranty, which gives me even more confidence in their work. I also appreciated the honesty in pricing. I had other shops either not respond or quote significantly higher without justification. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and while I'm not cheap, I expect value--and that's exactly what I got here. Chris and his team were professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results. I'll definitely be bringing my wife's vehicle in next, and I can confidently say I have zero complaints.

Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

After just a couple of months, I noticed unusual damage on the rear window tint. This struck me as odd, given that I take meticulous care of my vehicle: it only receives professional hand washes and detailing, no one has sat in the back seat, and I have no kids or other factors that could cause wear. I had spotted these defects shortly after the installation but was out of state at the time, so I brought the car back as soon as I could, following their advice to report any issues. The shop inspected it and dismissed the marks as scratches or scuffs from dirt, attributing it to the frameless window design being prone to such damage. XPEL heavily promotes its warranty, yet it apparently covers next to nothing in practice. This leads me to suspect the shop uses subpar material as the issue feels far from normal. For context, I own a Jeep Gladiator that I tinted with ceramic film at another shop it's frequently taken off-roading, gets caked in dirt, and shows zero damage to the tint despite far harsher conditions. When I expressed how much these marks were bothering me, the shop offered no follow-up solutions or remedies beyond the ineffective warranty. Given the premium price paid for this service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.
