Landscape gravel piles

They had the best prices in town by far, beating other rock places by up to 10 dollars a ton less. Diane went above and beyond to help with my order and to work with the quarry when the ran out. Good service and the delivery guy was awesome backing the truck into a tight space where I wanted the rock dumped. Customer for life!

I need to cover about 1/4th acre with dark granite and refresh another quarter acre with gold 1/4 minus. Can you help?

We drove an hour to the location to schedule our install appointment in person. We had the appointment scheduled, and nobody showed up and nobody called... TWICE! After driving to the location again because calls were not returned, we were assured the project would be completed on a specific day and again, nobody showed up and nobody called and no one is answering our phone calls. I'm very disappointed. We are still waiting for the installation. Everything has been paid in full.

Unfortunately,I received no product , and we have effectively been left without resolution and out a significant amount of money. Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. I would strongly encourage others to not to consider this business at any level.

Throughout the course of the project he took on for my client, he continued to exemplify that good character in addition to his amazing workmanship. His team was also very professional and even more timely. I was thoroughly surprised at how great the job turned out, especially for how quickly they were able to get it done. This project included painting, flooring, carpeting, and more of a 2 bd 2 ba condo. When obstacles came up, Irving kept his cool and professionally proceeded with whatever solution that was necessary. Very grateful for Moden Innovations, and will continue to use them moving forward! Thanks again!

Repeated No-Shows, Poor Communication, and Unfinished Work…read more We hired Irving with Modern Innovations to install a garage service door, baseboards in our garage and living room, and a few light fixtures. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Irving came out on Tuesday to inspect the project and determine what materials would be needed. We scheduled the work for the following day at 9:00 AM. This property is not our primary residence and requires a 45-minute drive each way. After rearranging our schedule and arriving early, Irving did not show up until approximately 1:00 PM--four hours late with no regard for our time. When he finally arrived, he only worked for a couple of hours before telling us he was too busy for the rest of the week and would have to return later. We were already inconvenienced by the late arrival and delay, but agreed to reschedule. A few days later, I received multiple text messages late Saturday evening requesting payment for the partial work that had been completed. Assuming the money was needed for additional materials and wanting to keep the project moving forward, I paid him for the work completed to that point. We then rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The day before, I contacted Irving to confirm the appointment, only to be told he could not make it and needed to reschedule again. We then agreed on Thursday at 6:00 AM. I confirmed the date and time multiple times, and each time he assured me that 6:00 AM worked for him. For the third time, I rearranged my schedule and drove 45 minutes to the property. Once again, Irving failed to show up. At 7:30 AM, I texted him asking where he was and what his ETA would be. He responded that he had gone to Lowe's and was only 10 minutes away. I waited until 9:00 AM, and he never arrived. After that, I never heard from him again. The job remains unfinished despite receiving payment for the work already performed. My experience with Irving and Modern Innovations was marked by repeated no-shows, chronic lateness, broken commitments, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for a customer's time. If you value reliability, professionalism, and follow-through, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many contractors who show up when they say they will, communicate honestly, and finish the work they start. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I'm honestly shocked that repeat customers--or any customers--can be treated so poorly…read more We arrived around 1:50 p.m., unaware that this location closes at 2:00 on Saturdays. This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us. A blonde woman behind the counter looked up and abruptly said, "We are closed," in a very dismissive manner. ( Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and sounded like she's smoked one too many cigarettes ). I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but the delivery was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. We were purchasing five rip rap rocks, not placing a large or time-consuming order. What makes this more frustrating is that the employee outside who directed us never mentioned that they were closing in 10 minutes, which would have allowed us to respect their time. We are repeat customers, but unfortunately this is not the first time the front desk staff has been unhelpful or unfriendly. Customer service matters, and based on our experiences, I would not recommend this business. Honestly, you're better off walking around in the desert to find some free rocks rather than deal with this place. And that's what we did!

From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Isaac Crouch, was fantastic and was always ready to help through the end of the build. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helped us design a pool that was perfect for our family and our backyard. Jake Wozniak, Adam Fish, and Brenda Alcott all did an amazing job keeping the project moving forward and making sure everything stayed on track. We loved that the team was incredibly organized and responsive, keeping us informed throughout the process and making everything feel seamless. We were very impressed by the excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone involved. The team genuinely cared about delivering a great experience and a beautiful finished product. If you're looking for a pool builder in Arizona, we highly recommend Dolphin Pools. Thank you to Isaac, Jake, Adam, Brenda and the entire Dolphin team for making our dream pool a reality!

Absolutely Amazing!…read more Not only did Dolphin Pools meet our expectations, they blew them completely out of the water (pun intended). I don't use words like spectacular, incredible, amazing, and awesome lightly. The process of building a pool is groundbreaking, in the literal sense. The timeline for this process took roughly 3 months from the dig to jumping into the water for a swim. Allow me to remind you that the process is never going to be perfect for such a large project. There are many stages to this massive commitment, such as designing, mapping, digging, plumbing, electrical lines, concrete, travertine, city permits, dealing with HOAs (and the list goes on). None of this is going to go without delays, corrections, ordering additional parts, weather issues, etc. That said, the experience with Dolphin Pools was nearly flawless every step of the way. My wife and I did our research, and based on Google/Yelp reviews, we decided to contact Dolphin Pools. From what I understand, there are a number of designers, but we had the great fortune of having Drew Siler assist us with designing our dream pool. From the moment we met Drew, we were instantly impressed and quickly moved forward with the project. Not only is Drew kind, honest, and thoughtful, but very professional. We had a plan, and Drew walked us through every detail with 3D pool design renderings. He listened to our wants, but always kept us grounded with what was possible within our property and budget. Drew made himself available at all times to answer our questions and continued to do so through the entire process. He told us it was possible to have the pool completed by my wife's birthday in September if everything went smoothly, and we made it. He is truly a man of his word and we couldn't thank him enough. I have to mention the excellent staff at Dolphin Pools as well. I would like to thank Nick, our Field Project Manager, who managed the many crews throughout the project. Also to the team managers Katie, Brenda, Laurie, Maria, and Tania that kept us informed through text, emails, and phone calls every step of the way. The crews included Hagarty Electric, Scholz Rebar, V Shotcrete Construction, Superior Pool Plastering, ACE Pool Repair and so many others. If you decide on getting a pool built, you should definitely consider Dolphin Pools. It's nerve-racking, noisy, dusty, and will inconvenience you for months, but I would do it all over again to get the perfect dream pool that we envisioned. We highly recommend Dolphin Pools, and 10 stars is not even close to enough!
