    Absolutely Amazing! Not only did Dolphin Pools meet our expectations, they blew them completely out of the water (pun intended). I don't use words like spectacular, incredible, amazing, and awesome lightly. The process of building a pool is groundbreaking, in the literal sense. The timeline for this process took roughly 3 months from the dig to jumping into the water for a swim. Allow me to remind you that the process is never going to be perfect for such a large project. There are many stages to this massive commitment, such as designing, mapping, digging, plumbing, electrical lines, concrete, travertine, city permits, dealing with HOAs (and the list goes on). None of this is going to go without delays, corrections, ordering additional parts, weather issues, etc. That said, the experience with Dolphin Pools was nearly flawless every step of the way. My wife and I did our research, and based on Google/Yelp reviews, we decided to contact Dolphin Pools. From what I understand, there are a number of designers, but we had the great fortune of having Drew Siler assist us with designing our dream pool. From the moment we met Drew, we were instantly impressed and quickly moved forward with the project. Not only is Drew kind, honest, and thoughtful, but very professional. We had a plan, and Drew walked us through every detail with 3D pool design renderings. He listened to our wants, but always kept us grounded with what was possible within our property and budget. Drew made himself available at all times to answer our questions and continued to do so through the entire process. He told us it was possible to have the pool completed by my wife's birthday in September if everything went smoothly, and we made it. He is truly a man of his word and we couldn't thank him enough. I have to mention the excellent staff at Dolphin Pools as well. I would like to thank Nick, our Field Project Manager, who managed the many crews throughout the project. Also to the team managers Katie, Brenda, Laurie, Maria, and Tania that kept us informed through text, emails, and phone calls every step of the way. The crews included Hagarty Electric, Scholz Rebar, V Shotcrete Construction, Superior Pool Plastering, ACE Pool Repair and so many others. If you decide on getting a pool built, you should definitely consider Dolphin Pools. It's nerve-racking, noisy, dusty, and will inconvenience you for months, but I would do it all over again to get the perfect dream pool that we envisioned. We highly recommend Dolphin Pools, and 10 stars is not even close to enough!

    Jean-Luc at Dolphin Pools, he had met me at my home and has walked me through every step to get my backyard with a pool pool dream come true. His ideas help you out a lot. He also listens to you your ideas it makes them all come together.

    As first time pool owners Dolphin Pools definitely exceeded our expectations! We could not be happier with the end result of our pool and other additions to our backyard. Joe Ayers was our salesman and not only is he great at his job but just a very friendly personable guy. Special thank you also to the other staff involved in our project - Brenda, Nick, Danny and Maria-They were all great as well as the subcontractor crews.     Dolphin Pools transformed our backyard into an oasis! We knew the steep slope and rocky terrain were going to be difficult to contend with, but Dolphin was always right there with a solution. Everyone, from the incredible office staff to the field supervisors, was friendly and communicative. Anyone who has ever undertaken an overwhelming construction job will tell you communication is key! On that note, our family would like to extend a huge "Thank you!" To Jake Wozniak. His professionalism and courtesy were second to none. While Jake was not our direct field super, he was our point of contact when unexpected challenges arose. He was patient, and he made sure that our final product was beautiful and functional. We also want to give an extended shout out to Jonathan, the mason/artisan who crafted our massive retaining wall. He was always thinking ahead to what we would need after the project was finished. His insights and suggestions turned a necessary element into an aesthetically pleasing attraction. It is no surprise that Jake and Jonathan have a great working relationship. Last, but certainly not least, we want to thank all of the wonderful office and construction staff who helped turn our vision into a reality. Joe, Trevor, Brenda, Gloria, Tania, Katie, Maria, Gina, and Jake: Thank you for all of your tireless efforts! This project was our unattainable dream, and you each played a part in bringing it to life. Your combined talents transformed our yard and our lives in less than six months time. Thank you! It was a pleasure working with each and every one of you.

    We moved to AZ from back East, anxious to enjoy that all year round backyard lifestyle. We are now at the finish line of our pool/yard being complete, just waiting for turf & final touches. Beyond excited to finally swim, enjoy our NEW Dolphin Pool, Spa & Fire Pit backyard paradise (check out photo - once turf has been installed will share New Pics of ENTIRE yard). Shout out to Brenda in the office who was always a pleasure to work with and got back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. Friendly advice, with such a large investment, do your due diligence, shop around, educate yourself in the process of how AZ pool installation works - then call Dolphin!

    How long is the construction process after the dig day? My dig day is set for feb 11th of 2022 and am curious if it will be ready come summer time.

    Every situation is different and given the lack of supplies, weather delays and trying to find people to do the work, you might not be swimming this summer. Our dig was July 7th and we didn't have water in the pool until Dec. 2nd.

    The owner of this company, Rod, got right back to me within minutes. I was a little panicked…read morebecause my pool wasn't operating properly and I was about to have a large pool party. Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Thank you!!!

    A couple weeks ago, I needed my sand filter recharged. Island life responsive to my quote requests…read moreand many questions (who knew there were so many variables to a sand filter recharge?) In the end, they were also super flexible with my schedule and needs. They did a fantastic job and answered all my questions while here, even going so far as to explain all the parts and operation of the sand filter midway through the process. I appreciate all the help, flexibility and information!

    In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. The salesman we…read moreworked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

    I'm honestly shocked that repeat customers--or any customers--can be treated so poorly…read more We arrived around 1:50 p.m., unaware that this location closes at 2:00 on Saturdays. This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us. A blonde woman behind the counter looked up and abruptly said, "We are closed," in a very dismissive manner. ( Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and sounded like she's smoked one too many cigarettes ). I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but the delivery was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. We were purchasing five rip rap rocks, not placing a large or time-consuming order. What makes this more frustrating is that the employee outside who directed us never mentioned that they were closing in 10 minutes, which would have allowed us to respect their time. We are repeat customers, but unfortunately this is not the first time the front desk staff has been unhelpful or unfriendly. Customer service matters, and based on our experiences, I would not recommend this business. Honestly, you're better off walking around in the desert to find some free rocks rather than deal with this place. And that's what we did!
