Who can beat discounted thrift?!? The array of everything from homegoods, furniture, purses/bags, shoes, and my favorite their clothing! I love Valley Thrift! I've been to my fair share of thrift stores, and this wins! Now that I have moved out of state, this is the one place I look forward to coming when I visit home. As for their service, it is average, staff will help you get in and out at the register, but that is all you may get. Lol. None the less, what they may lack in service, they up for in the selections! She had beautiful hand painted pictures, scarves, and pillows. I enjoyed walking around and looking at the whole area. The area was filled with items of all kinds. They had a popcorn lady and all kinda of crafting vendors.

I have found vintage Pyrex and some of my favorite kitchen decorations here. It can be hit or miss, and I think the old location was a bit better, but it is definitely more hit than miss, and when it is a hit it is a HIT. There is lots of jewelry to dig through, plenty of clothes, and beautiful furniture pieces like couches and china cabinets. Mostly though, this place is trinket heaven. The volunteers at the counter are always so kind and chatty, and you can tell they run it because they care. They even offer free wigs for people going through cancer treatment, which is incredibly thoughtful. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. This is my favorite thrift store and one of the first I recommend to people. Real thrift store prices, great finds, and a place that truly does good in the community.
