Candy approximately how much would the interest be on the loan (we were doing the 90day same as cash program) & she stated she had no idea what the rates would be until the contract is completed. Anyway, long story shorter contract typed up and had me Docusign on a very small machine. You couldn't see any of the terms (my bad) I signed it printed w/170 something % Finance Charge. Sorry, don't have it in front of me for exact number. Then a $99 early pmt fee if you P/O early. The delivery was a disaster, they didn't hook up the hoses correctly. I was reimbursed for that at least. Bottom Line I would never recommend this Company or American First Finance to anyone, not even someone I don't care for!!!

When the technician arrived, she pulled the refrigerator out, and attempted to take back off, which was frozen to the refrigerator. She then said that they can't get parts for that make and model refrigerator, anyway, and can't fix the frost problem, but she still charged for the call. When I messaged the shop's Facebook page asking why they didn't tell the truth about not being able to fix a defrost problem (they knew the problem, the make, and model prior to the appointment), the owner of the shop blocked me, so my husband called and asked that the owner call him, but we haven't heard back. Save yourself some frustration and find a reputable repair shop!

Fortunately, another employee was able to intervene and clearly and calmly answer my question about the replacement part in seconds. At checkout, the total was a little higher than expected. When I asked for a breakdown, she initially refused and sharply responded, "No! Don't you trust me?" Only after pushing did she explain the charges. I had no issue paying. I just wanted basic communication and to understand the work that was done and costs associated. The repair may be fine, but the customer service from Margaret was dismissive and hostile. The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.
