I'm a skeptic and I hate dealerships. Love this Stirling local dealership as it's a family owned business with a great rotation of used cars. I wanted a 2019 Fusion Hybrid like my wife's car as it's a decent family vehicle with exceptional gas mileage. EB had a former rental vehicle in the same model and trim that I was looking for. Priced really well and excluded all the other guff that most big stores charge in "fees". Charged me a great deal on the car with none of the scummy dealership tactics. Set it up over the phone and the longest part of the process was my test drive. Great place to work with and really took care of me and my family. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Can't say enough good things about Brandon and his team at B &E Auto Body. My wife's brand new car was hit by a careless driver and caused significant damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. I quickly began my research to find a reputable auto body shop because I wanted the repairs to be perfect since it's a brand new car. We were super bummed because we still had temp tags on the car. I spoke to Nicole on the phone and she was very nice and super helpful. I took the car by to have Brandon look at the damage and his confidence in making the repairs allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. We dropped the car off and they worked directly with my insurance and performed hassle free repairs. They only use OEM parts and the repair is perfect! It's like nothing even happened! As you can see from the before and after photo, there was significant damage to both passenger side doors as well as buckling in the door jams. I was worried that the paint wouldn't match but it looks brand new. Don't trust anyone else other than B & E for any repairs you need for your vehicle. I waited three months to get my car into the shop. Which I understand. Most body shops are busy. After my appointment finally came, I dropped the car off at the shop. I was called the next day and told it would be 3 to 4 months before they could get one of the OEM part's that they knew I needed when I originally scheduled the appointment 3 months prior. I said that it would be ok to use an aftermarket part instead. I was then told they were unable to find any Aftermarket parts. After a quick google search, I found a few different options. I explained that to them. They said I could buy it myself, and they would put it on, but there would be no warranty. Complete waste of my time. Needless to say, the car is no longer there. I'll get it fixed somewhere else. read more

Fantastic job - used a magic potion to remove all of the white paint I scraped along my fender and front door (I hit a garage door frame - thought I could fit...). Management and communication on my repairs was of poor quality. I was very disappointed as this shop was recommended by my insurance adjuster. The job was estimated to be a maximum of 10 working days and my vehicle was in the shop for a month. The Armada looked good when I picked it up but a closer inspection found the cracked driver's side mirror was not replaced and the body molding on the driver's side door was not replaced and had deep scratches when they were suppose to paint out the whole side of the car. These items were on the work order but obviously not done. I called on this and the manager said he would handle it. He not called me back (after 10 or more days) and this was the case throughout the job. Poor communication to me as a customer and from my perspective poor service. My expectation is to leave the vehicle off, not have to worry about the job and pick up the vehicle being DONE RIGHT the first time. Sorry B&E, you need to get your act together. read more

I had my car done here and I was quoted $900.00 for the repair. I said that was ok and I would let them do the work. I was called half way through and told that the price was now up to $1800.00. I was not happy and was told that they could just stop where they were and I could pay the $900 or they could continue the work and pay the new estimate. I told them it would be stupid for me to pay $900 for a partial job done that I needed the work to be completed and I ended up paying the $1800.00. The work was good, but I don't think I would ever send anyone to them for business. They give you a low quote to get your business and once they have started working on your vehicle they jack the price up, to the point that you as the customer have no choice but to continue so they do your vehicle right. Brandon was who I dealt with and from the get go he seemed like he didn't know what was going on and kinda like he was a sneaky sly guy. read more
