At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. Andrew was great about keeping my informed on when he would arrive at the house. We did a walk through of the house and I explained what I needed help with. He asked great questions to understand my expectations and checked in with during the cleaning to make sure he was on track with them. He did a great job cleaning all the areas I had asked him to.
