I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. I was happy with the service, and if I'm strapped for time, I'd hire them again. The house was left clean and I thought the price was reasonable.

Here are the key reasons why we're giving her 5 stars: - She was crystal clear in our first telephone conversation about what she does and what she does not do, and she provided a meaningful, typical-average price estimate (unlike other companies that we called that wanted to come by to 'give us an estimate' and wouldn't talk money over the phone), and her final charges were totally consistent with what she described. - She showed up at the agreed time and texted me 'one week before' and 'one day before' to confirm our appointment. I haven't received this kind of service from almost anyone but my dentist. - She did a great job cleaning our home. She solicited feedback from us on the work she did (BEFORE she left!), and guided a final, joint-walkthrough of the house to be sure we were happy with the results. - She was totally responsive to our needs as we had expressed them.
