My church submitted a brief proposal and was one of those selected for a grant sufficient to groom a dozen needy trees on our site in the international district. Baca's crew was on time and very efficiently and carefully trimmed the trees and mulched the limbs removed. Their clean-up was exemplary, and at our request they even placed half of the mulch on a small public open space across from the church. That open space was also created a decade ago with significant help from Baca's, who provided many of the plants used as well as site prep and irrigation materials, all as a community service. At my own nearby home in 2020, Baca's Trees crew expertly removed two huge juniper trees planted too close to the house 65 years ago. They were seamless in their coordination with landscaping contractors in a complete re-do of our front yard, exceptional in execution and clean-up and reasonable in price.
