Update as of 5/2/2022…read more Our blower motor failed on us a little over a month ago so no warm air was being pushed through the vents. Dave immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement part. He kept me updated every step of the way and he immediately came to my house to install the new part as soon as it had been received. We've got warm air again!

Or simply hiring them for my personal home, working on my personal equipment. Most of them either cancel on you at the last minute or i have had several chose to not show up and not tell us they are no longer coming by to do the job. That is why it is SUCH an incredible relief to have found someone like Rusty here at Caywood comfort. I learned about Rusty through a couple of friends who said they guarantee that i will like him and the work he does. So i thought to myself i really have nothing to lose i'll give him a call and just ask him a few questions and go from there. Well after 5 minutes on the phone with him i could tell he was significantly more knowledgeable than every other HVAC technician i had dealt with previously. Not only that but Rusty was very kind and easy to speak with. So i got him to do my estimate for atypical routine cleaning and he was very reasonably priced. He told me things about my unit that i never knew! Well i was so impressed with his attitude, demeanor and professionalism that i got him to come back and do an install for me. Again Rusty was on time, he had all of his own tools and was very meticulous about how the wires were ran and double and triple checked all of his work to make sure everything would last for a long time. Now he's doing some electrician work for one of my friends. And my friend is so incredibly thankful for my recommendation to use Rusty at Caywood comfort. 0 Stars!!!!…read more Dishonest Pricing & No Service for $89 "Diagnostic" Date of Experience: October 12, 2025 Service Requested: Electrical Diagnostic I am writing this negative review due to misleading pricing and a complete lack of service from Eanes Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical. I called on 10/8/25, requesting an electrical diagnostic on my washer/dryer outlet to verify the voltage for the LG manufacturer. I was quoted the price of $89 for the diagnostic--a price confirmed twice. The technician, "Chris," arrived on 10/12/25 (after a reschedule). Without touching or testing anything, he immediately demanded an additional $200 fee, claiming the initial $89 only covered his trip and not the actual diagnostic--a clear bait-and-switch. I requested he at least document the outlet's wattage on the receipt so I could relay the information to LG, but he failed to do so. I called customer support and was transferred to "Kayla" in dispatch, who confirmed the potential for a $200 detailed diagnostic fee but could not logically explain how it was determined without the technician inspecting the unit. When I questioned this, she became unhelpful, displayed an attitude, and simply stated she could call the technician and cancel the job. He was already on site. I paid $89 for absolutely no electrical service or useful information. This company is dishonest about its upfront pricing. Do not use Eanes.
