I talked with the Manager about my experience, and his response was they close promptly at 6:00PM. After using Walgreens as my pharmacy for over 40 years, I am now looking for a new pharmacy. The value that Walgreens once provided is no longer there. Tonight my wife goes without medicine, because the Customer is no longer a priority. Looking on GoodRX, I see the HEB pharmacy next door and Walmart down the street both have my wife's medication 30% cheaper. Tomorrow I will make my last visit to Walgreens to pickup my wife's prescription. Life is too short to be using a business that no longer values you as a customer.

I was resigned to paying it. The very pleasant woman, Kady, at the cash register, suggested I try the card anyway and sent me over to speak to Lori. Lori was cheerful and helpful. I was instantly impressed because she was walking away from the register when I walked over but turned right around and came over to help me. I explained that the insurance wasn't going to cover it but she suggested we give it a try anyway. It turns out the insurance did cover it and I ended up paying $4 for it! If it hadn't been for these two friendly, helpful women, I never would have known and I would have been stuck paying $245 a month for eye drops. Yay for these helpful employees who went the extra mile, both of them. I'll be getting any other future prescriptions to Walmart.

I watched one member arrive late and everyone stopped to joke with her and hang out even though they already had a line of (3 people) they couldn't seem to handle. It just seemed odd to not be prepared right at opening when everything should be set up for a busy day. Took over 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. Sadly these people have no sympathy for sick people who need their medicine. And even safer we have to put up with these people to get out medications. Don't come here!!!!!!
