I went shopping for a washer and dryer today and was immediately helped by Jim. He was very…read moreknowledgeable about all of the different washer and dyer combos, and didn't pressure us to make a decision quickly or rush us through looking. We haven't bought yet, so I can't speak to that experience. But they said it could be delivered as soon as Tuesday, which is a very quick turnaround!

I recall them being very helpful with my questions, as I had been researching various vacuums. The Riccar brand is somewhat plain looking but high quality. You'll pay more than you would comparing it to some Hoover, etc. type you'll find at a big box store. But we found these work very well and are super durable. Blow's also offers a service for tune-ups or repairs. I just brought mine in and they replaced the bag, belt, bristles, one other thing and also help me find a replacement attachment for my other one that I cracked. Again, great service. I thought it was extra nice when I saw they were showing their kid the ropes, as this is a family-owned business that has been around a long time. When you look for your next vacuum, I suggest checking out Blow's.

Maytag, Whirlpool*, etc. They're all located here, and you can haggle with the sales people…read more.. although looking around they don't always engage you until they feel like you're almost ready to buy something. You might find it a bit limiting - it's literally only large appliances. Thanks for the update, Chris. I just purchased 6 appliances more issues worst customer service ever I I should have read all of the 1 star reviews as you can see (LOTS OF THEM) My best advise never buy from Rigels EVER!!!
