Careless movers who damaged several items and showed absolutely no concern for doing so... not even a "sorry". I asked the movers about the first two issues and their response was "it was already like that" (i.e. we didn't do it). That was a flat-out lie as the damage was caused by them. It seems that their policy is to simply deny responsibility and if you don't have pictures to prove the damage you are just out of luck. There were other issues but by then I decided it was pointless, I just wanted them gone. The final bill was DOUBLE the estimate, with many highly questionable "add-on" charges that I felt at the time, and still do feel, were a complete scam. I wanted to file a complaint, but frankly, I did not know who to complain to. I created a Yelp account just to speak out about how terrible this company is. My advice to stay far away from this company. My opinion is that they are not trustworthy. Neither with the proper handling of your belongings or with an honest bill at the end. My opinion is that The Apartment Movers is a very shady company and you should avoid them and go with literally anyone else.

Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. She states he was awful. And he left the snake plunger stuck in ceiling. In pictures over head view of this guys shotty work. And the vent above dryer showing he didn't even stick the snake in the vent. I spent three hours getting the snake out of rafters and away from electrical cables

We always provide COLD water to our movers and they do appreciate it. They were friendly and the cost compared to other movers was very reasonable and lower overall. I would not hesitate to use them again (although we hope to never move again) if needed. Had very little damage and it was repaired ASAP to our satisfaction. After hours on a truck across the country it is wonderful the damage was so limited which shows how well they packed items. You will not be sorry if you hire them.

Noticed a broken torsion spring on my garage door yesterday. I went to yelp to look for reputable…read morerepair places. Fargo Garage Floors and Doors had the most reviews and a 5 star rating. I called and a human answered. I explained what I needed repaired. He asked a few questions then gave me a quote over the phone. Plus they use 15,000 cycle springs instead of the industries 10,000 cycles. He said if I want to get put on the schedule for the next day to send him a few pictures with the name address and phone number and he'll give it a thumbs up in a text message. Well, that is exactly what I did and this morning one of his employees that does the installs texted me and told me approximately when he would be here. Then he messaged me this afternoon with a better time frame which was exactly the time he quoted as earlier. By the time I got home, he was done. He was probably here for 30 minutes. He had everything adjusted, but still had me push the button just to make sure if I noticed anything out of whack. Everything works as it should. They take checks or cash, and they will take a card, but warn people that it will be 4% extra. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm glad to have it done in such a minimal timeframe.

After troubleshooting over the phone, Jeremy suggested they send a service tech to further investigate the problem. The next day Jacob from Fargo Garage Floors and Doors came out to troubleshoot and ultimately fixed the door problem within minutes. Likewise he communicated through pictures and phone call ,explaining the issue and solution reached in a very professional and timely manner!! Great company and great respectful customer service!
