The representative, sales person Brian, who came to meet with us for an estimate was very reassuring and informative about what would be done. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. He provided a comprehensive proposal and was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled to be completed. This was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. Chis was our foreman, many thanks to him! I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone. We improved the value of our property. Friends and family were uncomfortable with the pricing and it was hard on our budget but the quality and timeliness that Keystone provided was definitely worth what we paid for in my opinion.

Since we were in an emergency situation, Steve was able to assemble a crew quickly after their scheduled job and worked on our house tirelessly till about midnight and cleaned everything up and was super courteous. Steve and George came out on a Saturday to finish up trim work and putting in the screen door (had to wait for caulk to dry). Steve is unlike the other contractors I've worked with, he shows up and keeps his word and will be there till it's finished to customers satisfaction. Will definitely use him again if needed. In fact, we hired him to remove an old antenna bolted / screwed to the house already. Today service manager Lee Cochrane came out for a request to relocate the unit to the furnace room where it would be less prominent, basically out of sight. What I thought would be a long and costly solution, Lee moved the unit in minutes connecting to condensation pump line to the one on the furnace. No need to drill a new hole to the outside. When the workmen came out the man in charge questioned whether the plan was correct because he thought a drain should be placed in another location in the garage. I asked him to verify before proceeding. He told me he did and that everything would be ok. While putting in the drain they broke a line on my garage door, but I didn't bring it up because I understand electronics and so I fixed it. They left. That night it rained and water leaked into the garage. My wife called the company to find out if that was normal. The person my wife spoke to was rude and they refused to send anyone to our home unless we paid them more money. I called the next day. Again they were very rude and refused to send anyone out unless we paid them more money. While talking to them they slipped up and said that maybe the original plan was incorrect, but that didn't matter because I signed off on it and they had my money. If I wanted it fixed again I'd have to pay them more money. The problem has NOT been resolved and it looks like this is going to court. This company doesn't know how to solve waterproofing issues. If they mess up then they just try to charge you more. All I wanted was for them to stop by and verify the work, but again they refuse unless you pay them thousands more. Please stay away from this company!
