Okot sent someone within a few hours, Jake did the assessment and a crew came early the next morning and replaced everything, updated our VERY old service and everything was set to go. Redcat power came to connect our service and as usual, things didn't go as smoothly as it should have. One man approved what was done, the other, due to a denial to him on our part, told me the boom bucket wouldn't reach, it needed moved, even though it would have reached because once it was changed, the bucket reached approximately 8' to the connection, and "miraculously" was able to reach 12' to the pole connection. The owner of Okot was so understanding he had his crew come the following morning and move the connection, Redcat came and "was able to reach" the now 6' span, and still reach the 12' stretch to the pole.
