My car failed me late in the evening at a gas pump in a low traffic area. I was tired from a very long workday and a long drive home, and frustrated from a series of unfortunate car-related issues. I left the experience feeling good about how things went and 100% ready to recommend B&K. I forgot the name of the gentleman that came out because it's been a while now, but: 1-fast service both in his arrival and in getting me hooked up and out 2-great communication-he spoke to me throughout the process - I was comfortable and in the know 3-he was kind and social, helped me into the truck, very personable, held conversation on the way to my home I was fully satisfied with the service I received. While I hope not to need them again, B&K would definitely be my first pick for future towing needs. No one wants to need a tow, but my tow guy definitely made the experience great. read more

I Called them today after a coworker told me about her great experience with them. I had a terrible day today when my car broke down twice during my lunch break. I didn't feel safe driving it home. The other businesses I called before this one were so rude and half of them couldn't help because their trucks were being worked on or they had shut down for a company event. But then I called B&K and the man who answered the phone was so friendly and kind and asked all the right questions and gave me a good quote and told me they could come immediately. I ended up finding out that I have towing thru my Insurance so I went with that, but I will always recommend B&K towing to friends and family. This is an amazing reliable good business! Horrible service. Not sure why the state police would have them. On their list as an option to use They are horrible as guck. They say have an appointment to pick your stuff up or pick the car up. Get tot he appointment no one shows up in addition to call 30 minutes before that appointment time to confirm I am blown I am here early morning and the only thing they can say is I'll be there in 40 minutes or just come back. My son was on the side of Chippenham and they came quickly and were efficient and courteous. Their pricing is not over the top either. So when we had to take the car from home to the shop we called them again. George and his drivers are great. They are careful of your vehicles and take care of you - knowing this is stressful for you. They even gave me the option of calling another company since he wasn't able to get there in what he felt was a timely manner - I wasn't in a hurry for this second trip, so happy to wait for this company. But it was great to know up front what I was dealing with. They are my go to and I would definitely recommend. read more

A top notch grift is there ever was one. Having a car towed not by your choice is never a pleasant experience. Having your car towed from in front of your townhouse because your neighbor parked in your spot so you parked in front of a unit that is unoccupied is another. Tow truck driver was so rude when me AND the neighbor tried to explain the mix up. Told me it would be $125 to get my car. Called 1 hour later "business don't open until 8am ma'am". 9AM the next morning, miffed but accepting of it, I went to retrieve my car that was parked two spots from my house. $125 in hand- and they were trying to explain how they were doing me a favor by not tacking on a $45 storage fee that accumulated since midnight . When the business told me there was no way to retrieve my car when I called at 830pm the evening prior. I get that they are running a business but at least Be Honest and halfway decent. Several other emergency roadside providers. Pick one that isn't profiting from unprofessionalism. read more

BK towing was great!!! Called, they were there within 5 minutes, very friendly. Once he arrived at destination he unloaded and offered some helpful tips. The charge for the tow was VERY reasonable. Will definitely use BK towing again. read more

B&K does all the towing for our BMW shop. They have always been timely and towed all the cars properly to prevent damage.

They were very quick. The driver was really nice and smiling even though it was about 10 degrees! He told me to just give him the keys and go back inside where it was warm. He was awesome! read more
