He was super easy to work with and made me feel very at ease. On the emergency call he came out promptly, had everything cleaned up quickly, and set up the equipment. We have purchased 2 tractors in 3-5 years from them and yes, they had world class customer service on those days. Both tractors are paid off but we had to get some repairs on both of them due to mice damaging the wiring. The first time, 5100.00 cash was given to them for repairing the first tractor. The second tractor was damaged a few days after picking up the first tractor. anyways, the service was trash when the 5k was handed to them the first time. and the 2nd time hand them over 1300.00, don't get me wrong, I didn't want to take the 2nd tractor to them, but time was of the essence and distance was a key determination, so I took it back with regret and thought well, maybe they had a bad day or whatever the first time, seems like everyday I've went there they had a bad day. I wasn't expecting a red carpet roll out by any means, but at this point the minimum customer service skills could've been used. They pride themselves about 60 years of excellent service and I did not see it and they sure as hell didn't show it. to keep this semi short, I will say that I will never refer them at the Decalb location or any other location thats attached to their name. I wouldn't give them a penny i found on the ground and will definitely drive the extra miles for better service even if it is more expensive...
