My family & I was coming to this establishment for years. As an owner of a company I find it very disrespectful when loyal customers come into your place of business and you treat them like shit. People go through different things everyday and if you don't come in this place happy they will treat you less then others. I didn't talk to Mark or Mondo the new guy for only 3 days coming inside the smoke shop because I was fighting life depression. I brought pennies cause that's all I had at the time, But behind the counter they have a change bucket & except money from all kinds people, but when I did it, it was an issue. Mark the owner took it into his hands to say "I have no respect" for them. After I showed Mando a new food spot. If I didn't respect him why would I do that. After I spent over 2 thousand dollars coming into his place everyday or every other day. Who spends money with people they don't respect? They have no respect for the community. They smile in your face and talk behind your back.The homeless people stand in front of the shop, people fighting, they selling wax pens and etc. I'm not posting the fights or wax pens. I highly recommend this shop they are open 24/7 the owner is such an amazing person they have excellent customer service, I recommend this they have everything that you would want and more, the prices are the best, I been to several smoke shops and this one is always in stock with everything, it's hard finding menthol vapes and they always have it. They are open 24/7 so if your running late you can stop by here, the owner and all the workers always make you feel welcomed, they always greet you and are happy to see you, it's the best smoke shop around the area. I love this shop! I discovered it a couple of months ago when I was looking for Kratom; they have the best/biggest Kratom selection, but they're fully stocked with all kinds of smoking goods and they're prices are really good not to mention the customer service is awesome! Yelp claims they have bike parking, but multiple bikes have been stolen in front of this smoke shop. I came at 2:00 in the morning for some cigarettes and this guy was yelling that a homeless guy stole his bike.
