I live down the street from this place and used to come here all the time. There's a younger guy who is always here and he acts kinda girly. Whenever I go there, he seems like I'm bothering him from eating his food. This happened a few times. Same guy and same attitude. The older gentleman that I believe is the owner is very nice and helpful. But because of this sassy non customer service guy, I won't be returning. So sad that owners don't realize the people they hire make or break their business. This guy I'm speaking about is always here. Black hair, short, sassy. No thanks. Today I tried to return a blow torch that malfunctioned after 1 day. I have returned many damaged products and they replaced... always. But today, the store manager refused to replace or refund because of store policy of "no returns, no refunds" I never payed attention to it due to them always replacing damaged product. Because he refused to give me a replacement or refund, I began to call the manager names and belittle him. I was an absolute a-hole with him because he was only doing his job and he just said "have a good day!" I learned a big lesson from someone so much younger than I.... Love the variety they have nice costumer service, only thing is the pricing always changes who ever is working at the time. Bought a disposable vape pen for one price then a different person rings me up and the price is higher than what I usually pay. My review is based off a specific experience and not the store as a whole!! So I recently moved close by and was super glad to find a nicely stocked smoke/vape shop right around the corner . Their PUFF PLUSS in the apple ice SUCKS. Isn't how the other ones do , but it literally malfunctioned on me multiple times I usually would buy their regular puff pens but wanted to upgrade since those were only lasting me 1-3 days 1st time i got the puff plus apple ice it didn't have a decent air pull whatsoever , I came into the shop and showed the worker and he definitely noticed something was wrong with it and exchanged it for me . 2nd time , well I left the one he exchanged at a friends house, so returned to the store and PURCHASED ANOTHER apple ice puff plus before my vegas trip on June 25th. June 26th the vape suddenly stopped working . No blue blinking light , no anything . I had barely used it . Mind you a puff plus has 800* puffs , and a regular puff which has about 300* puffs lasts me 3 days . There's no way I did 800 puffs in a day. I know some people vape like that , but not me . I use it in between wee*d , so I don't use it often . Anywhoo!! I called the guy and he said I could come exchange it no problem when I came back from Vegas . I think the younger worker is the guys son but I'm not sure . My Vegas trip lasted 6 days so when I returned, I brought the vape the young guy and he exchanged it for another one . I told him I didn't really want the apple ice one because it's messed up on me twice now ... but he INSISTED it should be fine . Oh can't forget he basically accused me of lying saying there is no way for him to know if I'm telling the truth because I didn't purchase it from him. But I reminded him he was the only person I had purchased vapes from thus far , but I SPOKE ON THE PHONE to an older gentleman. He also went as far to tell me HE has done that before , (exchanged a vape that has been used through, claiming it doesn't work ) Anywhoo he exchanged the vape for the same apple ice flavor after I was apprehensive about getting the same flavor . The very next day it STOPPED WORKING. This time displaying the blinking blue light . How in the hell did I rip 800 puffs in ONE DAY!!! A regular puff would last me 3 days . There is no way ! So I returned to the store this morning , and not to even exchange it , but to speak to the young man and the manager and let them know something must be faulty with the apple ice puff bars. The manager was very rude and kept cutting me off without letting me explain myself . He kept insisting that I could just exchange , but from here in out he would not honor any more "credit" . I kept telling him I didn't WANT an exchange that wasn't purpose I came in there , I came solely to complain . He did end up switching the vape out ; which I appreciated , but was not my purpose . I went in there to inform the manager and expected to feel listened to or have my complaint taken seriously , but instead I was cut off and basically given the vape to shut up and stop complaining , won't be coming here for vape anymore . The MANAGER also told me no one else complains about the vapes . But I'm sorry, I'm not gonna spend 23$ on a vape and not return it if it's dysfunctional, especially when I live around the corner and have been coming the shop for almost 2 months now , I MIGHT for wraps but it's unlikely . I appreciate you guys accommodating the exchanges , but you need to listen to your customers when they have a genuine complaint . read more

My guy Josh makes it worth spending my money always a good vibe with Josh working . He goes out of the way to help you find exactly what you need.
