Didn't get their names but the girls make things quick and easy, while a young guy there took his time to explain the difference in tedious coils and to guarantee I got a flavor I would enjoy everyday. The young man running the counter and what appeared to be everything else this Thursday evening, March 25, 2021 at or about 4:00pm could not have been more personable and knowledgeable. I was only there for one coil replacement and walked away with a whole pack, he even offered to change it for me. There was vape juice still in the chamber and he managed not to waste any of it. Both of the owners' names are Dave and both are very welcoming and helpful. I was looking to pick up some juice but I wanted to try a few new flavors also so Dave recommended an awesome coffee flavor since I mentioned that I drink coffee all day so I wasn't really looking for anything too sweet. The Caviar flavor by Quality Over Quantity is a delicious blend of coffee and cream that can easily be an all day vape. I use a dripping atomizer so Dave let me drip the sample bottle and I was pretty impressed by the smoothness and balance of flavor. I also sampled WTF by OMG E-liquid, which tastes just like strawberry sour rope candy, so I picked up a 12 ml bottle of it for those occasions when I do feel like something sweet. The decor is very nice and welcoming from the moment you step through the door. They also have a game console and a flat screen tv if you feel like lounging and vaping. They have plenty of starter kit options and a good selection of higher-end mods as well as rebuildable atomizers. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area, you won't be disappointed. read more

Cool place and setup. Bought a Protank 2 and juices. Went back in bc the Protank never worked correctly. They spent a while trying to fix it to my satisfaction. They went thru 3 new portanks but never worked. So they offered something else to go along with my KTS mod. Worked fine and I'm pleased. Idk if was the same price or not, but it would've been nice if they'd include a free atomizer for having to drive all the way back, but its all good. The owner was chill, the guys at the front remember you and are friendly. I think they are pretty honest people. +They have alot of flavors and they have a cool setup to have you try it out. Bit pricey, but good quality. -limited selection of mods, tanks, etc...but they are just starting out. check it out for yourselves. read more

I go to several vape shops and have several mods. I have had 2 SMOK HI-PRIV, a NE BOX and just recently I bought a Reuleaux 300. I have several tanks, the Cleito, Super Tank, and now a Cloud Beast King. I have bought two of three of my mods from these guys and they are always great help. They use a lot of the products and can give a pretty good recommendation on when to switch to accommodate your style of vape. I prefer a cool vape and .3 Mg. They let you try the flavors if anything new has came out. Their rewards program is pretty nice. You earn free coils, or vape juice depending on how much you spend. Its a points based system. I think their overall service is always helpful and the pricing is not bad. I have bought replacement glass for my Cleito and Super Tank Mini, in addition to ceramic mouth replacement pieces that are guaranteed for life. Try them out and usually they will have specials on the counters for juice and other items. read more

Video games, chess, movies and it's sister restaurant next door also provides more things to do while you're looking to get away from home for a bit. Maybe it doesn't have as many "Geniuses" as an Apple Store Genius Bar, but that is up for debate.The staff there are knowledgable in their products and flavors, but their true strengths lies in welcoming attitudes. I visited them the first time on their soft opening and the two Davids were so friendly and accommodating that it made the experience so much fun. I was getting in the mechanical mods and rba's and I was impressed with their knowlege. David 2 even gave me a lesson on wrapping a silica wick on a Nimbus. I thought it was going to be very hard but he made it very easy for me to replicate on my Nimbus once I got home. Their e-juice selection is extensive and Vaping Monkey's Orangutang is my favorite, sweet nectar of the gods. What can I say. I love these guys!! Updated review: genki vape never fails to deliver. They just got a bunch of new flavors and are using the new ego ones with 0.5 ohm resistance as testers so you get better flavor out of the juice samples. The owner is always super helpful and hooks me up with good deals. Just threw in a few coils after I bought a few juices. Great service, friendly staff, and a good business model. Businesses like these keep me coming back even though they're kind of out of the way. Again, highly recommended if you're looking for a place that makes you comfortable and doesn't push sales on you.
