While some people say vaping is still not healthy, as a pack a day smoker who went to vaping I can honestly say it's definitely "less harmful" than smoking. With that out of the way. Wish I could rate it ZERO stars so if you want to pick up your vape that you ordered online they'll say sure come on buy just buy it online and show us it in store. Then one of two things will happen you'll get there and they'll say you have to wait because they haven't gotten your order yet or if it's late and your picking it up they'll be closed at 11:00 instead of 12:00 as posted on there website. I've even called way before 12:00 saying I'd be there in five minutes as I live 3 minutes away and they'll be closed and stop answering after I've already placed the order. These guys live for doing nothing but charging you. Also I've had multiple disposable capes not work and they'd say it can't be returned because I already used the product but how is it my fault they sold me a faulty product. They're also WAY overpriced just check online and you'll find elf bars far cheaper than this place. Be warned if they have something in stock online they probably don't have exactly what you need in store. Tonight was the last time dealing with this BS I was there at 11:30 and they said it was fine to come pick up before 12:00 well there I am knocking on the door as these two dorks go and hide in the back as if they didn't hear me or the phone ring neither. So I've been going to this vape shop for 6+ years and spent over 1k over the years knowing full well that all of the merchandise here is marked up 80%+ than other reputable vendors. Why? Because their location in Vegas saved me by giving me a glass tank replacement free of charge a long long time ago. But after all these years I purchased not 1 but 3 smok novos from this place, one I lost, the second I had stolen and the third one was a dud. The airflow sensor crapped out on me about a month after I'd purchased it. Having paid in cash and not bothering to gotten a recipt, I'd asked not one, not two, but 3 separate employees to see if I could get a replacement on a 17 dollar device that they charge 30 dollars for. Apparently their rewards system doesn't track who bought what and when but only how much of your money they've made from you. Despite having seen the amount of rewards points on my account, the best they could do was tell me "take it up with the manufacturer" Their employees have no authority to actually make any decisions. They never once bothered to give me a call back despite having promised to take it up with their manager and get back to me(Looking at you Peter) and couldn't care less about long term customer loyalty. This is a sign that this establishment is either poorly managed, shortsighted, or lacking in sense that would make even Helen Keller pity their lack of perception. I live in Cerritos and I used to go to CloudSpot until they closed down, so VapeStreet got itself a new customer. It's located across McDonalds, in the plaza where Days Inn is and is on the second floor. Big sign on the left side of the building, cant miss it. I came in and the workers acknowledged me right away even if it was busy. The shop was roomy and the place was filled with products. There were a lot of customers and there were only two people working, nonetheless, they got to me in no time. I needed a new setup since I dropped mine in the water and its gone forever. Getting into vapes can be pricey if you don't know what you're getting yourself into. One of the workers helped me out and introduced me to new mods, attys and juices. I got the minikin 2 with the apocalypse gen 2. I paid 170 and it came with 2 new batteries. He told me the minikin sells out pretty fast cause it's a good mod and it feels nice. I love it a lot!!!! I got 2 bottles of juices. It was 25 dollars for a 60 ml. I got kings lean and subzero. Subzero is straight up menthol so if you don't like menthol that much, I don't recommend it. I switch my juices from time to time just so I don't get sick of them that fast. They also set it up for me which I find nice considering it was busy. This place is cool and the workers are helpful. They answered all my questions and they knew what they were talking about. I give this place a 10/10. Definitely my go-to now. The rest of the vape shops are kinda far and this place was nicer than the rest and had an awesome vibe to it. read more

I just told them what type of vape I needed and they told me all the pros and cons of the different vapes thay have to help me make the right decision.
