He unprofessionally badmouths the other local oil change services. He argues with the customer and is undoubtedly a detriment to the business. We will no longer do business and we will pass on to everyone in ear shot my wife's experience. Her first visit there was a 5 star experience with a different person, so we actually decided to go there for our regular oil changes, but we have most definitely changed our minds.
